Menards could really use some self checkouts. This would be quite beneficial for those who lives are at a bit quicker pace, or need only a few items.

We went to multiple stores (including other menards stores) to get info and guidance in purchasing new showers for two bathrooms in our house. We should have started here. Zack was, by far the most knowledgeable and helpful.

Bob in the paint section was amazing . He was patient and very knowledgeable. He spent all the time we needed trying different colors for the match and he didn't make me feel rushed at all.

Our receipt printed out blank. The customer service lady was very rude and said she could not print out another. The receipt that the kiosk printed out did not print out the rebate section. She said I could try to send that in and hope that they would honor it. This was for a $210 purchase. The biggest problem was her attitude of complete indifference. Very rude.

I ordered wood that I need to pick up. I'm expected to leave grandbabies in the auto and go hunt this wood down? Wood I can't even carry in the first place!!! AND some of the stuff is upstairs!! Your out of your flipping minds! I place an order, you go get it and bring it to the pick up area DUH! Needless to say I didn't pick up my order, I had to send my hubby to go get it!! So upset cause I really like this store!!

OMG, if you need it they have it. You can check stock and location on the website. Then you start the treasure hunt, lol. The numbers don't airways go in order. The 300's are over by the lowest numbers, not next to 200. Then there is a letter, but I saw zero letters indicated on the shelves. Kind of crazy. They need to put the store in a true grid and label the areas. Lastly don't forget to look up. Someone there is second section above by going up stairs, like in the wood area.

It's Menards. Kinda grungy, dirty. Extremely unorganized (aisle named "battery backup" has no battery backups) and you'll 100% waste time looking for stuff (why is WD40 only in automotive?). Always packed with people.
However, it has more of a selection for non-name brand items. Some things I've only been able to find at Menards but it's usually the last resort.
The employees here try their hardest but I suspect they're understaffed.

Never again will I go to Menards in Manitowoc. I bought an 80 volt weed blower. The battery charger stopped working after approximately a year. I took it back and was told there is a four year warranty on the charger but since I did not have my receipt they would do nothing. The person helping me told me that the store manager made the decision to turn me away. I made my decision to never buy anything from any Menards store ever again. Mark H

Went here to rent a power washer. 3-4 weeks ago, they said both were broken. Asked again today, still broken. If you advertise that you rent them, then maybe you should have at least one repaired or replaced.

if i could rate it half a star i would, rude employees, had a cashier make multiple rude comments, store should definitely be checked over.

Plumbing department is a nightmare. The display of faucet repair cartridges is a total mess. They have hooks for sample ones, they are bare hooks mostly. Pat should not be allowed to be anywhere there are paying customers, her attitude is very poor. Painful and pitiful.

I was in your Manitowoc location today and watched a lady that was using one of the buggies who had a broken foot or something on crutches carry out three big bags of stuff while two of your workers just stared and never offered to help her. They watched her struggling, and then continue to talk to each other asking if they would ever use one of the buggies to get around very rude to not offer someone help
