I brought a vehicle in for new tires and a four-wheel alignment as my previous tires had a bad wear pattern. This location did not align my vehicle based on the printed-out alignment report. No adjustments were made as seen on the before and after aside from a .01 degree change on one side toe angle, which could be margin of error on the alignment machine. The toe and camber are "in the green" but nowhere near perfect. The total toe front and rear is way out and there’s a few tenths of a degree of thrust angle. I expressed my concerns about how the current state of the alignment prematurely wore down the last set of tires. The store said that to make the alignment better there is a possibility it would need additional parts (i.e. camber bolts), and when I told them this is what I wanted they shrugged it off. The employee stated that the lack of tire rotations was the cause of the previous tire wear even though this location has done the oil changes and tire rotations for the past couple of years. I was denied the opportunity for the store to correct the alignment and denied a refund for the lack of service they provided.

If you are looking for a place to get your car repaired at a fair price and a technician who knows what he is doing ,this is the place. This Midas does more than mufflers and oil changes. They also repair your cars. I would not trust my car to anyone else in town.

Had a front end alignment done just 4 months ago. Already out of alignment so bad I cannot let go of the wheel. I have had alignments done in the past that lasted a year or more. Went back and was told I would have to pay for another alignment. They are amateurs that don’t know what they are doing!!!!!! Don’t go there unless you plan to pay twice for the same repair!!!!!

They will try to take advantage of you if they believe they can.Bait and switch. Take it in for problem X, they try to convince you theres other repairs to be made, and if you dont allow them to fix the problems "they found", you have to pay them for "finding" it; rather than just doing the repairs it was originally taken in for.Save your money, go somewhere with an appropriate level of transparency.
