We ordered pizzas at 11:00 and my pizza was a one topping beef and tossed and we got charged $14.99 instead of $9.99 and then on top of that my wife found a long hair in a piece of it.

Ordered online to pick up on the way home since I live outside delivery area. When entering the store no one greeted me to say “will be right with you”. Waited 10-15 minutes before anyone asked if I’d been helped. Got food, and upon arriving at home found both the pizzas I had ordered were NOT what I had ordered. Called the store to file a complaint. One person answered and took my name then put me on hold. Another person answered at which time they took my number and said the manager was very busy and would have to call me back when she has time. 1 hour and still no call! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THIS STORE!!!

The pizza was ok, slightly undercooked, but ok. The boneless chicken wings….i ordered a double serving. Right number of prices….but added up, they wouldn’t have been more than a single normal serving. They weren’t “wings”, they were micro nuggets!!I paid over $18 for $4 worth of barely sauced nuggets.Parking: It was nighttime after a day of rain, but there was no painted parking spots visible. It was just a black shiny blacktop.

My experiences at the Manitowoc pizza hut was horrible, on multiple occasions I've went there it was always a problem. Firstly, the manager in that place is so arguementative, I understand customers aren't always right but the way she kept going was very unprofessional, mind you i am a customer and i overheard this as i was in store the, the manager was on the phone im guessing it was another customer she was yelling at the customer granted i dont know what the other person was saying but as a professional the manager had no right speaking like this, she said "I am the manager, i cant give my boss number out" she hung up the phone and told other employees what was said and then go on to say the person said she was going to get her fired the manager says i need a break I'll just file for unemployment anyways they would just be doing me a favor"; i thought that was so rude and unprofessional. my second occasion going in there one manager was coming from outside came in didn't wash his hands and reeked of weed, that is a restaurant it shouldn't smell like a dispensary. Most of the time everyone is just sitting and on there phones, but also not all is bad it's a older woman that work there im thinking she's also a manager and a younger women with 2 braids them two a usually always working together when i come in and they are always kind and work hard but other then that Pizza Hut needs more training on customers service

Ordered pizza and wings on line. Gave us a window of 40 to 50 mins. After 90 called and asked if our food was still coming. They said did you check you step.went and I went there to find out the food had been sitting out there for 40 min.s It was was ice cold. The manager argued that I wanted no contact. This was THE WORST experience I've ever had with take out. Pizza was supposed to be delivered at 7:11pm. The tracking kept pushing the time back. At 7:30, I called the restaurant only to be put on hold for 10 minutes waiting to talk to a manager. I hung up and called back to just cancel my order and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes on hold waiting to speak to a manager. I hung up because the pizza was finally delivered at 7:50, 45 minutes AFTER it originally was supposed to be delivered. I told the driver I didn't want the pizza anymore because it was so late and the pizza was probably cold. She gave me some lame excuse that pizza hut gave her the wrong pizza and she had to go back to the store twice. I said I still didn't want the pizza because it was probably cold from waiting so long and she told me they made me a fresh pizza and that it was hot. The pizza was not only cold, hard, and chewy, it was also shriveled up like a pizza get after sitting out. She STRAIGHT UP LIED TO ME! . I'm not happy and I WILL NEVER order from pizza hut again!

We got to the restaurant at the estimated order ready time and our pizza was just coming out of the oven! Delicious food and ready in 15 minutes on a Saturday night...unbelievable! The employees were friendly too. Thank you for an excellent meal

The food is what u normally think. I mean, who hasn't had pizza hut pizza. However this specific location is not so great with service. Don't ever ask for extra anything, because you'll get normal amount of toppings, but still get charged for extra. Rare to see salad bar if u are eating in and I don't remember the last time they actually cut slices all the way through. So if u don't have a knife ready, u will be yanking the pieces apart.

About a month ago we stopped in at the Manitowoc Pizza Hut to eat with a disabled family member that we take out to eat once in awhile. We were told when we arrived that they didn't have any staffing and we couldn't eat in. Today I called ahead, assuming last time was just a fluke, and was told she didn't know if they would have in-house seating or not it depends if anyone shows up or not.Management needs to redress how this site is run and managed.

What happened to the garlic butter? I loved their food but it's really gone downhill!. I got their new Yorker and most of the pizza was a soggy mess.

The order taker was precise, the pizza was exactly as I'd ordered it, the delivery person is about the sweetest person you'd ever want to meet.
