Was considerably more expensive than originally anticipated, took two days longer than originally anticipated, brakes had to be fixed again 6 months later. Wouldn't recommend.

I brought my minivan in to get the tire changed and mentioned that I was saving to buy a new car and he mentioned that they're also a dealership but I have bad credit and can't get a loan. Mr. Ramirez said he'd work with me and let me finance a vehicle through them. I got a 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 with a little over 19,000 miles for 15K which is much less than I've seen at other dealers. I am extremely grateful for them giving me an opportunity to work with me that way. A+ service.

GARBAGE EXHAUST WORK. OWNER WOULD NOT FIX HIS MISTAKE BY LETTING ONE OF HIS WORKERS PRACTiCE WELDING ON MY CAR. THATS WHAT HE TOLD ME . WOULDN'T FIX IT AFTERWARDS. CHECK THE PICTURE THATS WHAT I GOT FOR 175$ and it's leaking.

Out in 15 minutes and Jumped my Semi Truck for a reasonable price! Would highly recommend! My driver was able to get back on the road quickly and we are grateful because it's like 18 degrees out, so they were able to get there really quick so my driver wasn't freezing in the truck. Thanks guys!

Called them for wrecker service and it took over an hour and a half to get me. Said they couldn't find me. Sent multiple addresses from local houses and even the officer called dispatch to get them moving. They show up and say it's $375 for showing up and will charge $100 for pulling it out. Then, like a review I just read, they were like the 3 stooges. Hooking and rehooking, pulling it out in park until I yelled for them to put it in neutral. Then they figured out someone should probably steer it. Didn't have a choice, so I paid it. The kicker is, the kid took a picture of my card and sent it in for payment (text attachment). Got nervous with that. Next day I had 2 fraudulent charges on my card. Can't say for sure, but hell of a coincidence.
Even the officer gave me a winced look when I told him who I called.

I was at a business about a block away and my vehicle would not start, I was guessing I needed a new battery. I went over, explained my situation, and asked if they could help. The guys got in their vehicle, jump started mine, and drove it back to the garage where they put a new battery in for me right away and even topped off all of my fluids! I was so grateful that they were close by and willing to work me into their day!

Very bad place to go to every time they messed my grandmother’s car up over and over and then found out the stuff that was wrong didnt need to be changed. Then found out they didnt tighten everything for new parts they put on i would never go to this place if it was the last one in town.

Went here and had some jounce bushing changed on my Hummer h3 towards the end last November 2023. Was in the area working, car was acting funny so I looks up mechanics. They explained to me the bushing I need and they ordered them for me and installed them. Please explain to me as of 6/7/2024 there is No Evidence of there ever being a bushing installed. ON BOTH SIDES!! I spent over $300 just to find out they weren’t installed CORRECTLY!!

Ramirez Auto came out after hours on a Friday night to tow my Jeep to their shop. They work with my extended warranty, which very few places do. They fixed the issue, and even replaced a burnt out light and changed the oil. I highly recommend them
