Does not pay to make an appointment. You will be sitting there 2 hours past your time anyway. This has happened every time I have came here.

Do not waste your time or money. Called and got told yes I could come in to get a mani. Asked what time they have available, was told 3 different times. Asked what time works beast and finally was provided a time. Got there and they had 4 workers were with someone. Overwhelming smell of chemicals. Got seated, older lady started my nails and then left and finished up someone's pedi. Older lady next to me was started and then half way with her nails the tech said her husband will finish up as she needs to pick up her kid from summer school. While there they had their 4 year old son climbing on a table that they have set up for him to stay entertained. After my nails got started the old lady never came back to finish what she started. Came back in front of me, took some meds, went in the back room to and sat for 45 minutes. An hour later I was able to get my nails finished up. While the man worked on my nails 2 people walked in
One had an appointment and they did not get started till 45 minutes after there appointment time. My nails looked like a newbie worked on the shaping and painting. I should not have paid the price nor tipped. They were of course on the phone with someone while doing your nails or holding conversations amongst themselves in Vietnamese. Maybe if your a regular you get better service.

Absolutely terrible experience I came in for a pedicure I had an appointment and I sat down, chose my color, then went to go put my feet in the water. I came in having a time crunch, and I had about two hours after I sat down. I had been sitting in the chair for an hour, and there was dirt in the water, it was dirty and these kids were running around stomping on my shoes and touching me they overbooked and were un prepared with only 3 workers before they had even came to me they did walk in’s before me.

I want to give this place a better review but I can't. They are just lacking in professionalism. I first got a pedicure and it was nice however she filed my nail so far now it hurt and now it kinda sucks to walk cuz there is bare skin. I did see the other employees yell at her for it. The other employee did my acrylic set. I like it but the shape is a bit off. I think she would have done better if her kids weren't bothering her every five seconds and grabbing onto her ( will mention below). The employees were nice and there wasn't a rlly a language barrier like at a lot of other places. One thing they kinda annoyed me was that the employees kids were running around. I'm pretty sure it's a whole family business. So the parents were doing finger nails and the grandparents were doing pedicures. The kids had a section of toys in the main room but they were still bothering the parents as well as the clients. Which is understandable because they are kids, but maybe they should look into daycare or a babysitter.

Let me preface this review by saying that if could put zero stars on here I would. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! This salon is owned by a horrid man with an absolute lack of morals. He is beyond rude to the neighboring businesses of the strip mall. He has the tenants of his rental properties dump their garbage in other dumpsters by lying that they're his. When his young children to come to the salon with their mother, fearful screaming and crying can be heard through the walls and hallway of the strip. He and/or one of his employees dumped a mutilated cat's carcass behind a neighbor's back door. This chop shop of a salon doesn't even do good work. People leave with bulky unflattering nails or cuts where the employees were too rough. Sassy's is a bad "salon" run by an even worse man.

From 11-5 and they definitely aren’t open!
Called and their and phone number won’t take messages.
