I LOVE MY MINI COOPER sold to me by Ben Satori. We woke at 3am and drove from Michigan to Satori's Auto and was home by 5pm. That only happens with great communication and no nonsense sales. Thank you Ben for making my dream car a reality.

So happy with my new car from Satori’s! They listen to what you are looking for, great prices and great inventory. I was even able to trade-in my old Mini Cooper, (which they worked on prior to the new car and they are one of only a few that can work on foreign cars in the area.) I totally trust Satori’s Auto with my old Mini and new car! I would not go anywhere else. Honest, clean shop, professional, dependable. Ben handled the whole transaction with ease, worked around my schedule and was in communication with me. They even helped me decide on the best car since I was driving more miles with the new one! Highly recommend Ben and Sam and the whole crew. The new car was so clean and ready to go!! Wish I needed another car because they made the car-buying experienced easy, fun and affordable!!

Salesman Ben was annoyed with the typical questions that we asked. Not personable in any way. Went in with the intent to buy a specific vehicle they had, and they lost the sale because of him. Went to another dealship and purchased a vehicle from them the same day. Ben called me later that day and assumed that I'd be buying the vehicle from him, and when I explained why I bought from someone else, he gave a bunch of crap excuses for his poor salesmanship.

My husband and I just bought a Subaru here and were very impressed. After visiting a couple of other dealerships that really felt like the stereotypical user car dealer, this was a breath of fresh air. They go the extra mile by keeping their cars indoors. Their pricing was reasonable. They also have the lowest dealership fee that we've seen.
As part of my due diligence, we did have the car independently reviewed by another mechanic. A relatively minor issue was discovered, and Satori's was extremely apologetic, fixed it immediately, and even invited my husband under the car to see the repair. Mistakes happen; it's how they're handled that matters. And these guys couldn't have been more professional.
As we were closing the loan, we headed out for a road trip. These guys worked with the credit union (out of state and not connected to them in any way) directly to make sure everything was all set.
Take it from me! I work for a small business myself, and I know how to recognize honest folks making an honest buck. That's Satori's for sure.

I recently traded cars here and it went very well. Probably one of the smoothest and most comfortable car purchases I've done. The car was in great condition with a few minor issues, nothing was hidden and they were up front about all of the issues.They also gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. Ben was great to work with and I will recommend this place to anyone on this side of Wisconsin who is looking for a car.

Called ahead to look at vehicle, called again to verify. Show up car was still inside on a nice day, car was filthy with obvious dis-repair that could have easily been corrected. Zero negotiations, not even a vet discount. They better learn how to sell cars. I would never send someone here.
