As a woman who knows a tiny bit about cars, I often find going to an auto shop degrading. HOWEVER, that was NOT the case here. They took the time to explain things and set realistic expectations. They did such a thorough check and still maintained a reasonable price point. They went into detail on future estimates based on priority in the owners best interest, not just for the sake of cost. Thank you! I will be returning!

Both the sales and the repair sides of the business are great. Everyone I've interacted with has been helpful - they're really good at explaining car problems without talking down to you. Would absolutely recommend taking your current car here or shopping for a new one!

I had a really great experience with Satori's. I'm not from the Manitowoc area so when my car decided not to start over an hour and a half from my house I was extra worried. I called Satori's and they towed it to their shop. They were very communicative and had my car fixed in no time- even though its a bit odd and required some unique parts. Thank you!!!

Worst experience from owner,Arrogant and rude!!!
I should not have to rely on another Mechanic to fix or solve a problem you created! Some mechanics know how to get over on people and customers know when their vehicle is driving worse after being serviced! The owner rather argue with you instead of finding a solution to the problem he created! Let the other guy at the front desk deal with customers he is very respectful . Now I question all the work they have done. Would not recommend!!!!!!!

This was the first time I bought a car from a lot and I was worried about the “used car salesman” experience, but Sam gave no pressure at all while still giving us all the info we needed and assisted so quickly and thoroughly with our purchase. I said “this was so much easier than I thought it would be.” Great experience.

What an amazing place. I have several collectible cars and I had one with a tire issue. I took it to them and they were just great. Exceptionally clean place and exceedingly good customer service. I could not be happier with the work performed and the manner with which I was treated. All around above average shop.
