Staff and everyone were fine but the glasses were so heavy as to be unwearable. Not at all like my current ones purchased at the old Shopko. I would pay extra to get that same kind again but I returned the new ones.

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. .I got much needed help picking out new frames. Dr. Kim (I forgot her last name) explained things really well.

I was a new customer but I don't think I'll be going back. They're super nice...until they find out you're not spending your money with them. I'm semi set for the year so I won't be returning. Now I just have to find a place to get my glasses fixed.

Who made the policy that if you are vaccinated you do not need to wear a mask? An ignorant person. Over five MILLION people worldwide have died from covid and it has been Proven, wearing masks helps spread the virus. I don't understand why this is a difficult concept for people to grasp, especially when you are putting people at risk by your irresponsible practices. I will never shop here again. Ignorance kills.

My husband went in yesterday n had a great experience. So I got an appointment for today n had the same great experience. Didn't get glasses there bc I'm from out if town so the only thing was it takes 2 weeks to get them back. So I decided to get them at home. Everyone was very friendly n both Dr's were very knowledgeable. It was a nice clean place also.

My experience was not so good. Some of the employees there were nice but I felt rushed through my exams and paperwork. Didn't get the chance to get the information in details or have the time to ask all my questions. The associate I had didn't even ask for my insurance card since it's new and my profile with them is not up to date. They are also limited with men's glasses. I was also not greeted when I came in so it was really awkward just standing around waiting for someone to get me. Really second guessing on going back there.

I have always used Shopko Optical for my go to place for glasses. I recently went there for an exam and new glasses. The staff is friendly, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable of their frames and the insurances. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Was always happy with the service until this year. Been with them over 14 years. This year my service was cold she took no measurements did everything on the computer. Never looked at me once not even at the time of payment. Seemed put out to even serve me. I’m very disappointed. It maybe my last year with them. To put out so much money and be treated this way is just not right. Now I can’t even use my bifocals unless I tilt one side of my glasses.

It was my first time at Shopko Optical. I was greeted immediately and checked in, and from the second I walked through the door I was treated with respect and kindness. There's no doubt, I would recommend Shopko Optical to everyone I know.

I have been seeing Dr Cook for several years and have never had a bad experience. He is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. . I never felt rushed during my exam and I would recommend him to anyone.
