MY son had an account with Shoreline in Manitowoc. He passed away in July without a will. He had veery little to his name and he passed away with cancer after a long battle. When I went into the credit union I was referred to a second person who handles these issues. It was a HSA and a little more complicated. She told me there was no beneficiary for the account and she needed time to figure it out. After weeks of waiting she texted that we should wait a bit. It was a strange comment for a very small amount in the account but she would call me. But I waited for a few more weeks. When I stopped in the credit union to get this completed, I was told by a 3rd party there was a beneficiary on th e account...Why did I have to find out almost 2 months later !!! I wasted my time because she was so busy, too busy, to explain the situation to me..I am looking for a new place to put my money after dealing with a person who has no understanding of decency or understandingof a customer who is trying to finish up after a huge loss...A simple phone call would have ended this.

Matt York is truly amazing! He is easy to work with, dedicated to his customers, and hard working. Always available for questions and financial advice! So happy I switched to Shoreline and specifically Matt 3 years ago for my auto loan and banking! I moved to Atlanta from Two Rivers about a year and a half ago. I didn’t want to part way with Shoreline because everything is attached to my account and I’ve been a member forever. I also do all my banking through the app anyway, so I decided to stay a member.Ran into my first issue with depositing a check over the amount allowed. Brittany Musselman went above and beyond to make it work even though I’m in Atlanta in the matter of minutes and I can’t thank her enough. Smaller credit unions are worth it and I’m glad I stayed a member from many states away!

We refinanced during a period when a LOT of refinances were coming through. I knew it was going to be a longer process but Adria P. made us very comfortable, communicating all along the way. The rates were extremely competitive and we're glad it's still local! Thanks Adria!

Would never recommend going here. My boyfriend has multiple loans through them and has had nothing but problems with them. I came in with 5,000 down on a 4,000 loan and said I would have high interest unless I paid my $500 medical bill from winter. So I bought a car for cash instead. I called yesterday to dispute a charge and was told to email the info of said charge to shoreline and the money would be back on my CARD in 2-3 business days. I emailed several times back an fort

Tomas did an amazing job with an auto loan for my wife. Smooth, quick, friendly transaction. When running our credit report, he also saw my auto loan through another bank had an interest rate he could beat. Ultimately financed that through Shoreline as well saving some money. I've been a member at Shoreline since I was 16, so almost 30 years now, and have always been happy.

We wanted to refinance our vehicle loans and purchase a camper. Karen had several great options for us and even came in on her day off to close our loans!! She saved us so much in interest payments that after adding our camper loan, we will only be paying $30 more a month!! I've heard good things about this Bank but I tried to get a short-term loan help a business get through the pandemic mess we're in and all they did is direct me to the IRS website for forgiven loans and didn't even try to offer something short term to help me through this will not be going back
