Horrible customer service, instead of a setting up a phone they kept trying to sell me more products. Was in the building for 2 hours because the employees there couldn't figure out how to do their own job. They kept having "technical issues" and couldn't just set up my phones and watch. Would never recommend this specific building to anyone.

I traded in my IPhone SE ($400 value) in June plus paid additional $500+ for an IPhone 14 during a free phone giveaway. If it was free I asked why + $ was needed. I was told if I paid the additional $500 I wouldn’t have to pay the $90 a month. I had to return first IPhone 14 a week later it wouldn’t shut flashlight off unless I turned it off I couldn’t do screen shots & only got 40% of my text, emails & I got all my voicemails 2-3 days later. Manager when I came in to return the phone for the one I have now was rude & said I signed a contract to pay $90 which I never even got a contract. Told me if I didn’t calm down he’d kick me out of the store & not allow me back in. Week after I got this phone I had same problem on this phone. Seth was nice & explain everything in detail fixed my problem 3 days after that same problem occurred again. I tried to return this phone for my old phone but was told by same rude manager I couldn’t return it . I told the manager who ever sold me the phone told me that if I paid the + 500 my bill would go to whatever monthly plan I chose after first bill & first bill would be prorated. First bill was mid June -July 2 was $108 90 plus protection Seth said to me that maybe Aug 1 bill would reflect prorated and lower rate I went back in late July because bill due Aug 2 was the same $108 i was then told by Manager again I agreed to $90 for 2 years which I never did agree too if I could I’d never give T-mobile another dime & have them take me to court but I don’t need the stress but do need my phone for work. I still am paying $108 a month with the protection fee and was told I’d have to pay $90 for 2 years so I got $400 in trade in + 500 + 90 a month which is obnoxious for 2 years when I just saw that an iPhone 14 is only $40 a month so basically 900+1200 over 2 years $2100 for my phone not a free phone which was promised on the ad. FALSE ADVERTISING! I may have to put up with you for 18 more months but I’m telling all my friends & family who are thinking of switching NEVER to switch to your store as you have rude customer service (except Seth) & your management is even worse as he should set the example for your employees. He said I was a stupid woman who didn’t understand technology & probably never will. But just like my last 3 or 4 messages this one will probably be ignored or if received I won’t get reply back from you even if you send me a reply since I don’t get all my messages but at least I had the chance to tell you my opinion. T-Mobile at least the Manitowoc store is RUDE! Non consumer friendly!

I just left T Mobile and had one of the greatest experiences at a cell phone company! I was just stopping by for a quick check on my account and ended up finding out I qualified for the new home internet wifi! They will even buy my contract out of Xfinity. Mario, Eric, Joe and Moises were all so cool. They were not pushy or annoying. They listened and did what I asked and more. They were fun and put me in a better mood than when I came into the store. I wish all my retail experiences were like this... cool people just giving great service.

Had a great experience here. When setting up a new phone and number for my step daughter to an existing account. We were prompted to call customer service for the set up. So my step daughter(24) called to set it up. Some how she was able add a line on my account but not her phone. How that works idk. When she couldn't add her phone, I called customer service to set everything up. After an hour on the phone and struggling to understand what was being said (I am sure the representative had a hard time understanding me as much as I couldn't understand them) we thought everything was good to go. until we got the bill. It was wrong by $250.00. So we went into the store because I needed to see what was going on and wanted to talk to someone I could understand. Come to find out we had 2 new lines. We didn't need any new lines we just wanted to replace a phone. So the person in store fixed everything customer service messed up and gave us a credit. The representative in the store stressed, NEVER call customer service, just come into the store. so for now on, I just going into the store when I need help.

The staff was very helpful. But, they really could use a bigger parking lot!

The staff hlknows their stuff and unlike most cell phone stores you don't have to wait long for service.

In September of 2021 we switched to tmobile with guarantees that if dissatisfied we could cancel with no charge. Brought phones home and had absolutely no service unless out in the road 164' from our house. Retuned the phones the next morning and canceled the contract. They misplaced one of the phones we returned and sent us to collections for over $1000, having never contacted us. We got it cleared up, their mistake. 2 months later again without any prior contact we got another collection notice this time for $219. After numerous attempts and contacts, no one at the store or in the service department could tell us what the bill was for. After contacting the collections 3 times they said it was for switching us over and 1 months service. So their no cost, satisfaction guarantee, cost us $226.93

Worst in the business. Chatted with tech support for 4 hours just to tell me I needed to go to a T-Mobile store. Sat there for 3 hours just to have them charge me fees for a phone I already ordered of THEIR website.

My experience was not a good one at all with Sprint, however my rating is for one of their workers, "Justin". He went well above and beyond what he had to do to get many issues resolved for us. He is prompt, polite, always a kind person and gets to the bottom of things that "the customer" asks to be done. I wanted to thank you Justin for helping me and our son through this. You are a diamond in the ruff, and I truly hope that T-Mobile sees what they have in you as an employee.. Tonya

Don't come unless your have a hour to waste to sit or stand and wait only to be told they're out of stock. They could of put up a sign or told me that when I came threw the door in a reasonable amount of time. Only 3 people in waiting area and it still took a hour to wait in line. Ridiculous

Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Was able to get what I needed done in a timely manner and they didn't even push to buy or upgrade. Very relaxing to be able to come in, ask a few questions, and not getting pressured to make decisions.

Wasn't impressed today. About 6 employees behind the counter and 1 was willing to help while the others never stopped their personal non work related conversation. It wasn't until we were walking out the door where the miraculously found a new deal for us. I'd look for other options if I were you.

I came in for a scheduled appointment and had to wait on the floor. No one even asked me if I needed help. There were 8 people waiting for help and only 2 staff who were to busy to even acknowledge my presence. I have been a customer so sprint for 10 years and don’t even get any help. Horrible
