I cannot recommend the Flower Gallery in Manitowoc, WI enough! Their flexibility in allowing me to order exactly what I wanted without imposing a hefty minimum was a huge breath of fresh air. They even recommended ways to flip the flower arrangements from ceremony to reception. Dayna crafted a stunning bouquet (truly my dream bouquet) and the arch pieces were breathtaking and exceeded my expectations. I loved the centerpieces, welcome sign piece, boutonnieres, and corsages as well. The owner Dayna and her assistant, Patti were incredibly friendly and approachable, making the entire process enjoyable. I was particularly touched when I was able to surprise my mom with a beautiful memorial charm for her wrist corsage and my fiancé was able to add a golf tee to his boutonniere. After sharing a few images to convey my vision, they quickly grasped my inspiration with just a brief conversation. Their attention to detail and customer service made this experience unforgettable. Each floral arrangement was crafted with care and delivered on time.

The delivery was on point too, like they had a flower whisperer ensuring every bloom arrived in style. If you're into quality blooms and hassle free deliveries, this place is the real deal.

I'm always so nervous when ordering flowers in a different city for a funeral or celebration because the pictures never live up to reality. I am so pleased with the professional and thoughtful service I received from The Flower Gallery, and I was much relieved to see that the arrangement was exactly how pictured online -- very lovely. I appreciated their consultation and advice that went beyond simply taking a phone order. Her recommendation was spot on, and because she listened so well, it was exactly what I was hoping for. It's that extra customer focus and professionalism that leads me to highly recommend them!
