“We unexpectedly needed a uhaul at 6:30 pm when we realized the tv we bought wouldn't fit in the back of the SUV. I had a uhaul rented online in 10 minutes. We did have problems getting the back of the truck open. Took a lot of elbow grease and time by my husband. ( Telephonic customer service wasn't super helpful and since it was after hours the the auto place where they are was closed.) Despite that, we still got our tv home that night. The convenience was so worth it.
I've used them a few times this year to move stuff to and from storage. Every truck has been clean and with the exception of the above door, no issues. We always use the ones on N 10th st Manitowoc at Fallier Automotive. I have no clue how the other location uhaul are. But FALLIER AUTOMOTIVE keeps them top shape and has always been friendly when I've rented them during normal hours. However, it's the ability to rent them any time of day or night that is the real bonus.”
