We have been with us cellular for many years, we recently switched to Tmobile, which has bought out us cellular We switched to T-mobile because we were told that T-mobile bought US Cellular and we would have to switch anyway. US Cellular has charged us for the month of August and Tmobile has charged us for the month of August!! I do not understand why we are having to pay for the same month to us cellular and T-mobile. We are paying for service on the same phones twice for 1 month!! I do not feel this is right and it is hurting our budget. I will be telling friends and anyone who asks about switching not to go to US Cellular!!! They are not easy to work with and do not treat their long time customers well.

I have called 611 like they said I always get told they can't find my phone. I have spoke with employees and the manager who told me to call them. I explained they can't find my phone so I pay 179 dollars a month for a phone that never works. I get the circle with the slash I am a fedex driver if my phone doesn't work neither do I. How do you get help resolving matters at this place. I sure miss Brandon. If I could give zero star I would. I been with us cellular since my kidnapping. Now I think I'll just have to go look for new service some where else. Sad they can't help you in the store.

Worst cell service I've ever had. 190$ per month 2 lines that work 30% of the time on a good day. Us cellular always seems to find an excuse to blame the customer for there non existing service. Brand new phone still no service,at time absolutely no service for days due to technical issues. Missed calls and business. Days with not 1 bar or any service at all even when moving city to city. This company is literally a scam.so they bill you for everything when providing absolutely no service for entire days. This is by far the worst most over priced service I've ever had in 25+ years of paying cellular bills. It would literally be impossible to do worse than us cellular. I would strongly advise going anywhere else. It doesn't surprise me this scam of a company is for sale either. I buy my high end devices for cash outright aswell so it's not like I've never had a low end model. Nothing is free on there "free" phones either. Read that fine print because there free is a scam aswell. 10 years ago they provided a fairly decent service,now there worse than any competition more expensive and by far worse coverage. They love to stick it to there long time customers aswell. 200$ a month for missed dropped calls is insane. You know it's bad when you have to have a straight talk phone aswell so people can actually reach you. I would literally go anywhere else,as you couldn't do worse. And I typically only leave positive reviews but with us cellular I can't find a single positive point anymore. I have no service while typing this other Than my homes wi-fi. 0 stars non existing service. Go elsewhere

It doesn’t matter because you get no service in the city where you have service. It’s horrible horrible I cannot stress enough what a horrible company. This is for cell service.

Every time I go in to this location they our sooo very helpful the staff is always fun and friendly I really appreciate them with all they do and I most definitely want to give a shout out to Ethan and Lesley they always take care of me and when they aren't there the team is always very helpful love them and best service ever

Either myself or a US Cellular helper entered the wrong checking information online, thus payment not going through. I called and am told I will have to go into the store to make payment for a year!!!! Does that not make any sense at all!! I did get a $30 discount but that doesn’t make up for the inconvenience. Time to start looking for another cell phone service.

Madelyn H! Hands down amazing! I had the worst day and she helped me and for real made me feel so much better and now we are happy customers of US cellular. Customer service in a place like this is a must and everyone around else working were also great! And helpful! Very happy we made the switch!

Went into Uscellular with a friend to get home phone service for him first gentlemen we spoke with was not vary customer oriented.Madelyn stepped in vary good experance working with her on getting the process rolling she knows her products, services offerd. if you need anything Madelyn your go to person vary kind good integrity I'd recommend Madelyn.

received a text from Ethan to come to store for new free phone. went next morning was told I'm not eligible for an upgrade. however the other two lines on my plan are. was told phone would be free if I upgrade my plan for $15 a month more. Thats not free. was told my current plan is the basic plan "something your grandmother would carry with her flip phone". Who says things like to a customer. unreal!

I had a complicated issue with my plan- I had been part of an employers plan and now needed to have an individual plan and Ethan spent over an hour to resolve my issu! He was understanding, friendly and determined to resolve my situation. I'm very grateful for this amazing service!
