I had a complicated issue with my plan- I had been part of an employers plan and now needed to have an individual plan and Ethan spent over an hour to resolve my issu! He was understanding, friendly and determined to resolve my situation. I'm very grateful for this amazing service!

Drop calls, won't connect until 3rd time I dial, G5 fails, never had this problem with G4 or G3. This is unacceptable!

Horrible customer service. I've been a customer for over 30 years and this last interaction with them takes the cake!!! And the only reason I gave them one star is because they wont let me leave it at a blank.

I had Dustin/Justin as my sales representative. He’s new there but still did an excellent job. It was my first time in there and I was impressed with the way my visit went. All of the sales representatives seemed to have amazing customer service skills as well, and just from the little bit I’ve been a member of uscellular I’m already very impressed. The manager in there I think his name was Andrew, was amazing at his job, he was walking around making sure everyone was good, helping guests, and then helping Dustin and I as well. Dustin’s future seems bright, and he sure knows how to satisfy a customer!

Received a flyer in the mail saying we heard you regarding a recent survey about US Cellular and long timecustomers not receiving offers like new customers. Went to get the free phones and of course they were out of them. They talked us into more expensive phones and the deal was we only had to pay the difference which was a lie. Now paying off 900 dollar phones. Completely played us and shamefully I let it happen. Stuck now until phones are paid off then we will dump them!customers not being offered deals like new customers.

Excellent customer service !!I had Ethan as my sales associate and he was awesome!!I made an online appointment and even though it was very busy I was called to be taken care of within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment.Ethan discovered that I could get unlimited internet for less money than what I was currently paying for 10 GB plus a free router for my home..

Been a customer for 20yrs a d now time for a change, 1st off as a loyal customer for 20yrs you folks feel that by running promotions to only benefit New customers is ok well I had enough, you NEVER run promotions for loyal customers. That's a bunch of b.s. second your phone coverage in the last 3yrs has been going down hill more and more every yr. I've wasted hours listening to your lip service and nothing ever gets done. Good by and for those of you reading this shop arnd , they are extremely expensive with poor service

Why doesnt US CELLULAR advertise, that all they do in their stores is sell product and if you need service you need to call their service toll free number!!!Very frustrated customer!!

We bought a new phone today to update an older one my wife was using. We hit it lucky because there was no waiting. It took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete the transaction. Not too bad considering.
