I am very disappointed in the delivery of packages to my apartment complex. Each building is numbered and yet my packages go to the wrong building!!!! 2423 is NOT 2435. Please take more care when reading house numbers on the front of the package.

You have to be really careful with this post office and I'm so disappointed because when you look at it it's a beautiful place and when I go in the people are friendly. However we've been having a lot of our mail not being delivered to our post office box it's being sent back to the senders. Or it's being put in the wrong mailboxes. I've had packages delivered here and it's in an unknown location and they can't find it. The returning of regular mail back to the senders is an absolute confusion. But that has happened a lot.

On week mail will be delivered around d 1 the next week won't get mail till 6 or 7. What's really going on. This is bullshit.

Occasionally I get good service but then stuff like this happens. I ordered a plant along with heat packs so it would survive the cold. It was set to be delivered Monday, but was delivered 3 days early (which I usually would love). It was in my cold mailbox covered in snow for 10 hours until I discovered it. Opened the mailbox and this picture on the box is the first thing I saw.
They could have brought it to to my porch so I would have saw it sitting there. Unfortunately the plant is barely hanging on at this point.

Absolutely the worst post office. Terrible delivery service. Terrible customer service. From the Post Master, supervisors, and the front end staff. The majority of the carriers hate their jobs, most likely due to the substandard leadership.

Carrier came 15 minutes before their office closed and just dropped a redelivery slip without knocking. I now can’t pick up my package until Monday and I paid extra for fast delivery. This is the second time I’ve been home and the carrier did not knock and just dropped a redelivery slip.

The mail never shows up when it’s supposed to. I have emails showing what is being delivered on any given day and normally, the mailman comes every other day which I am not understanding. I understand he has two routes but maybe that means, hire more people. Smh USPS has turned into a joke.

What is going on with the mail delivery???? We didn't receive our mail again and we had mail in the box with the flag up. Our entire neighborhood haven't received their mail. Mail is being delivered to wrong addresses, and not all neighbors will bring you your mail until months later. Very unacceptable. We are enrolled with the Informed Delivery Mail so we know what we are receiving everyday. Please try to correct. Thank you

Apart from the fact that my documents are delivered to an unknown address, when it comes to wanting to file a claim they treat it terribly. I wish they would change their employees for people who can do their job.

They are absolutely horrible. I've never really used the post office until recently. I've never had so many packages just returned to sender in my life. Then I can't get ahold of anyone to talk to and the website doesn't work to send emails to figure out issues. I'm paying to ship things that I need over here. Waiting 3 weeks to get it. Then just sent back. Unbelievable.

Completing my forwarding process online has turned into a nightmare. I should have just gone into my local post office which turns out to be the best way to do it !!!
