Absolute scam artists. Lied that I was paying 230 for a phone and getting a rebate and my prepaid bill was 45 a month. In fact it was 75 a month, i owe 720 for the phone, he put me on a business plan when i dont own a business. I've never been this mad in my life.

After waiting for two weeks due to the backorder, my wife and I were very excited to pick up our two new iPhone 14's. When arriving, we had to wait almost an hour because there was only one staff member in the store. She told us, thankfully before we had set up the new phones, that in addition to the taxes and activation fee, we also had to pay a $30 per phone "set up fee" to the store. We declined, since we had already backed everything up, and just needed to log in to the phone and restore it, we said we'd just take the phones and set them up at home. She said that no, this store charged the fee for every phone. Over my dead body am I allowing someone to extort $60 out of me to "set up" (open the box and turn on) an iphone for me. Unfortunately this means that we have to wait 2 more weeks for our phones. Overall this store just seems to be trying to scam money out of people by wasting their time and saying, well you've already waited, if you want the phone you have to pay our extortion fee. One of the worst experiences I've ever had shopping at a brick and mortar store. I will not be back, and will order this and all future phones directly from verizon's website.

Sarah B. She’s a rockstar employee. I know rockstar employees because I’ve had a few in my day. She’s a great listener which is important in sales and service. Normally going into a Verizon store or a Verizon resale establishment it’s like going to the dentist. But she made it so easy. Awesome associate for the store and I encourage anybody interested in a new device to come here. Sarah rocks.
