I personally stopped at 11:30 in on a Friday to make sure they have 2 prescriptions previously filled there in stock that I wanted to get refilled and was told yes, no problem and it would be ready by 2PM the next day ( 30 hours later).
The next day, Saturday, I called at 11:24 to check on the status of one refill as I received an auto message that one was ready for pickup but the other was listed as “IN PROGRESS”. I told the tech that I am now out of the medication and she reassured me it was in stock and would be ready by 2. It’s Saturday and they are now closed until Monday with the refill still showing as “IN PROGRESS”.
Absolutely no excuse for this!!
Swift operation you have there.
Next time I’ll sit my backside down on one of your chairs and wait for the refill.
Better yet, CVS!!!!

Walgreens always comes through, When I have complications with my insurance, walgreens (dave) is right on top of issues, Sometimes they are training employees, The ones that stick around always seem well informed ,and ready to take care of me, Thanks DAVE ?

I came in to get a passport photo. The woman in the photo department was pleasant and professional. The process took a few minutes, and the photo was ready in 30 minutes. They also emailed me a link to upload the photo. The cost was $17.00.

Pointless in calling the pharmacy and asking even basic questions as they are not friendly. They refuse to be of any help. I was told that my prescription would be ready by 3pm due to having 100 prescriptions to fill when normally they only have around 20. I called at 9:30am. I said that I am perfectly fine with that. It’s now going to be done around 4:30pm. Be more helpful, don’t have an attitude and be nice. I don’t care how busy your day is as you don’t care to help me in any way. I will take my families business to Meijers.

For some reason they don’t have a pharmacist on duty during lunch they open at 8 o’clock go on a two hour lunch break dentist sent prescription in at 10 o’clock came after their lunch break at 2:30 and they said they had just received it and to come back in 15 minutes I came back. They took Tylenol off the shelf for my son and put it in a bag and gave it to me huge waste of time. Every time I try to get any prescriptions from here they’re always seems to be some issue or they’re slow.
