From Skinny Sticks' Maple Syrup
Since 2008 we have been producing our own maple syrup and bottling it by hand. Our business grew so quickly and there was such a demand for non-blended Maple Syrup that we had to begin sourcing maple syrup from several other producers in 2010. Although we had to source produce we continued to bottle each producers maple syrup without blending it with product from other farms or grades like larger packers do. This has allowed us to put on display the high quality of Wisconsin Maple Syrup. Skinny Sticks' Maple Syrup will always be smooth and clean with a gentle finish. It will have naturally occurring subtle undertones that range from cinnamon, honey, butterscotch, vanilla and butter with a smooth mild maple flavor throughout.
