I heard about it from friends yes I had trouble getting on my new Tri-Glide. I looked them up on line and looked at pictures so thought I'd call the company it was a Sunday afternoon was going to leave a message. To my surprise the call was answered by Tom a great person. Told me about them. I ordered a mid trike step. He had the boards off a Harley he gave me a deal on they were used but like new. When they came in only 3 days a friend came up and put on for me. They were pretty cool to my surprise there was one on each step. I didn't know when I order. They went on fast about 45 minutes. I had broken my hip over a year ago so this was the answer to my getting on and off very helpful to do som even helps my wife get on easyer too.. I can't wait till they make more products. Only place you can get them is there. A great help to me. Mike in Georgia

I seldom write reviews but after using our Mid-Step for about a month, I felt inclined to do so. I bought this because... well I'm getting old and fat! LOL I've had two hip replacements and one partial knee replacement AND I only have a 28" inseam. (Do the math when mounting a bike/trike with a 28: inseam.) My wife has had both her knees operated on. Let me tell you, the Mid-Step made getting on AND off the trike so much easier and smoother. I can't say enough good things about it and would recommend this to ALL trike owners. It is worth its weight in gold! Thank you Tom Hankenan for all your help in answering my questions. This thing works like a dream! Oh and Tom, GO PACK GO!

Fast service and functioned well, this is a great help for someone who has lost a lot of mobility in their legs. My wife has CP and she was able to get on and off the trike without assistance! Thanks guys!

I wasn’t able to ride much due to knee pain. I was afraid of falling while getting on and off my trike. With the Trike Mid-Step I can get on and off so much easier. I look forward to riding again. Tom was great to help and happily answered any questions my husband and I had about installation.

Best accessory for my bike. I purchased this item for my tike so that my wife can get on and off easier. I found out that I also get on and off my trike a lot easier. Thank you to the trike mid step, it made my life better.
