The Best Western Riverfront Inn offers a unique, old-school hotel experience with some charming, vintage touches. The rooms are small but clean, with basic amenities like a microwave and a decent fridge. The bathrooms feature 4x4 ceramic tiles in the tub, and the views from the top floor are spectacular. Guests enjoy the hotel's convenient location, which provides quick access to nearby attractions and activities like fishing. The hotel features a nice pool, hot tub, fitness center, and an on-site restaurant serving good food, including a well-rated steak and a breakfast buffet with real eggs and well-seasoned potatoes. The restaurant and bar are highlights, with friendly staff who create a welcoming atmosphere. The bar staff, in particular, is praised for their friendliness and outgoing personalities, making visitors feel at home. However, some practical issues are noted, such as limited electrical outlets and their poor placement, as well as the small size of the rooms and bathrooms. Guests have also mentioned noise from loud motorcycles in the area, and some found the breakfast in the hotel restaurant to be not truly complimentary, as tips are expected. Attention to guest service is evident, with staff members like Tyonia recognized for their helpfulness and professionalism. The hotel is appreciated for its cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings, making it a good choice for both vacationers and business travelers who appreciate a vintage feel and friendly service.
Great room. The view was incredible on the 6th floor. Comfortable bed that's given me the best nights rest I've had in a long time. Friendly staff and a perfect cup of coffee in the lobby for my morning wake up. Will 100% be staying here again.
