“Went there awhile back for a screen replacment. They were quick and efficient. But when I got it back there was a issue and I first went there explained what was going on and he gave me some advice to try and I did but did not work. Then I went there with the item when I finally had a chance. Looked at it said what it might be but that he didn't want to take it apart. I understand some tasks are a pain but I my eyes a service was paid for so I was hoping to be done right. As I said overall great service don't get me wrong the only reason for the 4 stars was because I was happy with it all except the end of the experience.”
