Higher prices All the time. Have to unload car and load bin while employees stands there and watches you when bring in donations. Ridiculously priced. Dollar tree items priced at double the price at their store. Double. priced everything. Beg for donations for someone. different all the time. Where does the money really go?

Goodwill stores are good to go too but the stuff they get there for donations. They should lower their prices. I understand they need to make money too but there's hardly any of the colors out there to buy. Alot of that stuff is not worth what they want. They go by have of what it's worth new and that's not right on most of that stuff. That stuff is out dated or old, they need to mark down there prices.

Very clean and I found so many items that were very nice and cheap. I was very satisfied with my shopping experience today.

Goodwill is not the safe place. Today my tricycle was stolen from the front door of the store. And nobody took responsibility. Do not trust, because there are no security cameras

Love all the different stuff, but the prices are starting to not be in line for a thrift store. When you have a tight budget or kids and need to find cheap clothing this should be a place to come. Lately I have noticed some clothing is just as expensive as going ro an actual clothing store. And this is for used clothes not something that they got in new. You just have to watch the prices, but you can still find good deals. The staff is always very nice as well!

I encountered one of the rudest gentlemen at the Marinette Goodwill and I will no longer be donating to Goodwill and going forward all of my merchandise will go to Saint Vincent De Paul.

Goodwill.. great variety of locally donated clothing and household items. Generally organized, clean and a normally nice Goodwill store. Keep moving your stuff of closet items through these folks’ careful hands. Great people work here.. and work hard to please!

Long lines and they don’t call for help. Lady I front of me today had waited almost half an hour and they finally opened another checkout. They were ready to take people in line that were at the end not next in line. Not the first time I’ve seen this happen there either I was standing in line one time and the other checker who wasn’t on the register at the time came and waited on her boyfriend “because he had to get back to work “ left all of the people in line who were waiting and she closed her register back down. The weird thing was he got items from her that he just had to pay for on his lunch hour and left not like she couldn’t purchase them after work!

The workers accepting donations were rude as can be. I understand you can’t accept everything, but the two workers we dealt with today were downright rude! I will honestly think twice about donating to goodwill and will definitely will never donate at the Marinette, WI location ever again!

TLDR; surprisingly decent for a Goodwill.60% clothing, 40% housewares.Pros: prices were surprisingly reasonable for a chain that's generally overpriced. Good selection of items, many in good condition. They have a used costume jewellery counter, most Goodwills do not. Organized.Cons: Clearly under-staffed. Goodwill is a VERY BAD charity and should be avoided if possible.

Must have showed up on a bad day for shopping. Dropping items off on another day was harder than it should have been.

Too expensive for a goodwill and VERY slow cashiers.
