I have several things to say about this place and one of them is that they are not worth two cents in my opinion. Mainly because we asked them to come to the house to put our cat to sleep and they said they don't do that. Wrong on so many levels when your cat had a stroke and fell from where he was sitting and he is having seizures non stop and you are listening to him to suffer nonstop. I feel like they are playing favorites and not considering how this will look to them because they think they can pick and choose who they serve and another vet told me that they do come to the home and put pets to sleep. They referred us to the Green Bay Vet hospital and that place wanted 250 dollars and we are not able to afford that. I heard from someone else what their experience was and they said their experience was horrible with their pet as well. I do not think they should be in business when they pick and choose who they serve. If you are in it for the money than you have lost your heart for the patient as a vet. My cat is not supposed to be moved when he has internal injuries possibly and having seizures non stop. I feel they have failed to do their job.

We have been going to this Clinic for years. The staff and Veterinarians are the best. We usually see Dr. Bill, but anyone is good. I also teach preschool and we had Veterinarian week. I called and asked for some ex ray's for the kids to use. They told me I could have from my dogs. I received extra that the ladies that work there were willing to share. They were a great conversation piece. Who knows we may have a future veterinarian in our class.

From the staff at the front desk to the care provided by the Dr's and assistants, 10 STARS if I could. Plain and simple, THEY CARE and it shows. Not only with their excellent communication via email with ANY and all questions I have, but you're never rushed out of the visit with the Dr, they listen, troubleshoot and help. They don't stop helping in fact, as I drive 4.5 hours from Chicago for the care of my chihuahua Hugo. Lately Kortney has been taking the lead in helping me communicate some issues with his breathing, and she's right on it, getting advice and direction from Dr. Kim who has really gone above and beyond. Honesty, you can't service like this often anymore, this is the anomaly! And, I found them when asking a local Pet store in Marinette for a recommendation to get Hugo's teeth cleaned.. they said T&C is on the expensive side; let me tell you that is not true, they are VERY reasonably priced for the area and 40-50% less expensive then the vets in a big city. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Dr. Kurt has been my pets vet for years now and we can't say enough amazing things about him! The staff is very helpful and professional. Highly recommend town & country.

We were very impressed with the staff and Dr. Kurt! The compassion and understanding they had sure helped during a very difficult time for our family.
