“Excellent experience. I stopped in looking for some fairly long metal rails for a shed-door project. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and immediately directed to exactly what I needed.

The employee who initially helped me needed to return to the register, so rather than simply pointing me toward the checkout, he arranged for another employee to help me carry the rails out to my vehicle. They also found me some twine and a red safety flag so I could transport the longer material safely.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and efficient. Easy in, easy out, and exactly the kind of customer service that makes you want to return.

“I want to say the employees there are friendly kind and very knowledgeable. I went to get somethings and when i couldn't find them they were very helpful in helping me and very kind hats off to this Menards. I have been to other ones and not as freindly and nice very crabby like your bothering them or something. I believe the employees at Marinette location should get a raise espcially the ones that smile and help and even go above and beyond for the store and customers I would name names but can't.”
