I went in today to get wide shoes after a recent surgery. Jann was extremely helpful by showing me options for my special needs. She also asked about coupons and pointed out that a particular pair was eligible for the coupon and the other was not. Jann made a frustrating task so much easier. Thank you.

I was being followed by someone I didn't know. I found an employee. She walked with to the registers and made sure I was safely out of the store. They go up and beyond their duties.
