“One day I’m sitting in my living room all curled up in a blanked because it’s winter, it’s cold, and once again it’s snowing. Then comes a familiar site driving up my back country road to bring heat and warmth to my house. That’s right, it’s a Ferrell Gas truck. I own that road and I keep it cleared not only for me but several other seasonal cabins who depend on Ferrell deliveries as much as I do. By now there’s already close to 2 inches of fresh snow covering the road and the pathway to my tank.I threw on a pair of boots, hat, and jacket to meet the driver outside. It’s not a fun job delivering during a snow storm, but the driver is in a great mood. Even though the electric hose reel on his truck broke down a couple of stops before. He still is out delivering because people like me rely on him more than the mail man.I look forward to seeing the Ferrell Gas delivery truck every year since 2014. Prior to that I used a local supplier that took everyone’s pre-purchased money and never delivered or refunded. For me that was over $850. I found Ferrell Gas through a friend and they were the only company at the time who could even supply propane in the area during the 2014 shortage. I’ll never change suppliers. Ferrell has been loyal to its customers and I’ll remain loyal to them.”
