Nothing but positive things to say about everyone that works at my bank. Top notch across the board in all departments!

This used to be a fine local bank. They have become too big for their britches. They want to be a big city bank, but we are in a small area. SNBT has switched to a process that shows they clearly favor business accounts over personal accts. (only bus. accounts can use the drive up window with a human, the rest of us have to use the atm, customer service is better for business accounts, etc), Tellers aren't trusted by their employer, so they have to run all deposits thru a machine. I deposited two 20 dollar bills and it took a ridiculous amount of time because the teller had to run the 2 bills thru a counting machine twice. I'll stick to a local credit union instead.

I will NEVER bank with Stephenson National Bank & Trust ever again in this life time or the next. Our mortgage officer, Steve Kagel, is rude and needs a class...or 6....in customer service.

About as awful as I can imagine. I bank with Chase. I needed a local bank to cash checks, avoid ATM fees, etc. I walk into Stephenson and see the first warning flag - it's ok to be nice and tasteful, but the interior is ostentatious. SOMEONE is paying for all the glass offices and wood trim. More on that later. Then I had the hardest time with fees, I had to finally go in person to switch to emailing me my statement instead of paying $6 per month to have it mailed. It still comes in the mail every month, but I'm not paying for it, so not my problem. Then, in April, long before vaccine was widely available, I go in and after the 90 year old woman in front of me leaves I get to the teller and ask why no one working there wears a mask. She said I should write customer service and ask. I do and they tell me that they decided to no longer make their employees wear masks, but they were fully compliant with CDC guidelines. A quick look online showed this to be an absolute lie. Look, regardless if you believe in masks or not, if you don't want to wear them, own it. But don't lie about being in compliance when you are not. It's not a bar where people can choose not to go, sometimes people HAVE to go to the bank, especially old people. The final straw was today. As I said, I don't use the account often. A subscription I forgot about got charged, and it overdrafted my account by $5. Instead of letting me know, the bank charged me over $75 in fees. I went in and explained the situation, and they held firm on the charges. NOW all the fancy branches make sense. Screw you and your bohunk small time, crappy bank. You got $75 from me and that's it. Closing the account. Buying a home this year also; guess you lost that business. Bunch of A**clowns.

I accidently posted a negative review to this location, when it should of been concerning the Crivitz branch, my apology...I have edited this review because I could not figure out how to delete it. I have re-posted my negative review to the proper website of the Crivitz branch.

We are switching everything over to BMO-Harris. Ever since SNBT bought our Bank North we have had nothing but problems. We decided to bank how we like...SWITCHED! All that’s left to do is close out this account. Run away to a different bank.

After several bad customer service encounters I will be closeing my accounts at SNBT. The behaviour of the employees is just to odd.
