Our family has come here for everything from celebrations to funerals. And every time, Chris and staff do an outstanding job. I've purchased many houseplants here, and they're all still thriving. This is the perfect place to pop in for a small (or large!) gift for someone, or when you need a little pick-me-up. Great quality, and amazing customer service. Compassionate, talented, and they go above and beyond.

Chris’ floral and gifts created all of the flowers for our wedding at Heidel House Hotel in Green Lake WI and they were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process! Gena was attentive, creative, thorough, and brought my entire vision to life. I could not recommend them more as a wedding florist! can't say enough good things about Nana's Flower Shop, they have the absolute best customer service and their flowers and designer are absolutely amazing. I recently ordered centerpieces for our company holiday lunch and everyone raved on how beautiful they were and it really added a touch of class and elegance to our tables and event. When the flowers arrived we were deciding how to put them on the tables and Arturo stepped up right away and suggested how and it was perfect! The staff is so friendly, polite, and professional. I can't wait to use Nana's for our next event!

I needed same day delivery, & searched for suggestions. Scott Flowers had a five star .The website had exactly the beautifully elegant selection I was looking for. My friend loved the flowers! She sent pictures & the Wyeth floral arrangement was perfect!

Chris is WONDERFUL!We used a different florist for our wedding originally, but our flowers turned out very disappointing (too orange and pink even though I sent specific pictures, not sturdy, my bridal bouquet was bulky and odd, etc.), and left me SO stressed and depressed.We contacted Chris because she was local, and she IMMEDIATELY set out to help us. She was able to match our wedding colors using a spray on ALL of our flowers (bridesmaid bouquets, floral crowns, corsages, etc.), and they turned out PERFECT! She also adjusted my bridal bouquet so it would be sturdier and more flow-y (I had wanted a waterfall/cascading style but originally received a short bouquet that stuck out a LOT when held) and replaced some of the foam used in our centerpieces/decor. Chris really saved the day, and I still get compliments about how beautiful the flowers looked! She even delivered everything to us herself the next morning. Thank you, Chris!!
