Can't access my account, can't get through on the phone. The phone message says they have a higher than normal call volume and to go on line but the page is so complicated I can't leave a message. If they would straighten things out, they might not be getting so many calls. This bank used to have such a user-friendly site. Now I'm accidentally thinking of switching banks! Haven't been able to access my account for over a month

Great group of people! This bank has a lot of the solutions of a big bank with the small hometown bank feel and level of service.
