I go to the river,s edge laundrymat in Marshall , WI. Once a week. It's close to home but I'm thinking of going somewhere else cause this place is filthy, about 9 dryers are out of order ,3 are missing doors.it gets me people want a business but not the responsility that goes with it.

Very disappointed. I went on a Saturday morning to wash/dry a few comforters. The place was a mess. Floors were disgusting and machines need attention. Also a note for those who utilize the facility: clean up after yourself!

If only I had looked at the reviews of this place before I stopped in to do some quick laundry as our washer is broken, I would have 100% avoided and gone to another.
Not only is this place disgusting and in desperate need of a deep clean, it’s over priced, the vending machines don’t work and one doesn’t even give your money back! On top of this, you’re unable to get any change back from the cash machines since they won’t even TAKE the cash.
The soda vending machine took FIFTEEN minutes to get my change back after it “didn’t work” and the candy vending machine doesn’t even register I put change in it, nor does it even work or give the change back.
How this place makes money to keep the lights on? I don’t even know. All I know is, I won’t be back. And highly suggest driving for another laundromat.

I would give zero stars if possible, this is the most disgusting place. The floors are nasty as hell and the inside of the few washing machines that do work are gross as hell. The machines just eat your quarters, I ended up paying $11 to wash one fricken load. Avoid this place if you can at all cost!!!

Very unkept. Floors were strewn with litter and need a deep mopping. Half of the machines are out of order. Great location. It’s too bad someone doesn’t clean it daily and keep up the repairs on the machines.

The machines don't work well at all. The washers and dryers are old and not clean. Lost about 3 dollars in quarters. I feel bad for the folks in Marshall that this is there only option for laundry

This is by far the WORST laundromat in the area. The washing machines are ridiculously expensive. The dryers are stupid expensive, too. Half the dryers don't work and eat quarters. There are signs on the ground of what isn't working but no one knows until their quarters are gone.If you have the car, please at least go to the laundromat in Cottage Grove. This one is ripping people off. I'll wash my laundry on a rock in the lake before going back here.

Dirty, toilet overflowing on the floor, the first 8 dryers don’t work and I lost over $5 in the dryers. I’m going to Waterloo from now on.

Thermostat is always set at 78° with all the driers running its like a sauna in there. Yes they have a $1 wash on Wednesday but it's not any cheaper then using the large 5 load machines. I would give a better review if they lowered the thermostat to 72°. Most days it's hotter in the building then it is outside. Today it's 79° in here. I emailed the owner and he said he would lower it to 76°. But complained that the energy bill is really high. Worst owners ever. Half of the machines don't work. I'll just take my laundry to sun prairie.

You have to exchange money for tokens..one machine are 6 tokens and no dry time.

I'm sitting here on a 1.00 wash day, and there are no machines with a dollar wash. So many machines are broken, and the token machine ate up one of my bills.
