Ordered the riblets and they were old and dried out (terrible). The waiter offered to get some fresh and I hesitated, but agreed. The new riblets were great.

There was hairs in our food. Our waitress was having a bad day. That's according to the manager. The manager was really good though and was trying his hardest to make things right due to waitresses issues.

There is a great selection of food and beverages. Our waitress was courteous and took time to ensure our requests were fulfilled. High chairs and coloring sheets are available for children. We sat in a booth but bar seating was available. I would have given a 5 for service but the waitress was at the mercy of people using the register, which led to us to be waiting for our transaction to be processed.

Went to get half priced apps and was misleadingly overcharged. Thinking back on the meal, the waiter just assumed what we wanted and did not listen to us.For example, when I wanted two orders of boneless wings, he asked which flavor I wanted to be the smaller portion. I was confused at this question, but he was still convinced we wanted an “Endless Meal Deal”.Again, when asked if we wanted fries, both of us said no. We later received fries. I said that we didn’t order fries and the waiter simply stated they came with the wings.Finally, when we got the bill we realized that the waiter charged us for something we didn’t even want in the first place.Overall, the taste of food exceeded expectations, but without fully utilizing this “Endless Meal Deal” that we unknowingly received, we ate our two rounds of wings each (one being a limited portion) and left.Quite honestly, a refund or free gift card should be in order after this foolish (highly preventable) error on Applebee’s behalf.

Had a takeout order on December 4th 2023, found a red beard hair or hair from someone’s head in my food. Called and they said they would issue. Refund. Have called two more times since then spoke with management both times and both said it would be in the mail that day. Here I am, still waiting. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Service was slow, it wasn't really that busy but our waitress also forgot multiple items for our orders. She DID comp us some stuff at the end so that was cool.

Less than average food, served less than warm, poor quantity and quality. Ribs all gristle and bones. Food cold. Very poor meal for my wife and myself.
