We sold our house in town.. had a mortgage with associated for 18 years. Never missed 1 payment. Went to get pre-approved for another loan for a house with 35 acres. Mentioned to loan officer there where a few things that had to be updated but was holding onto money so could get certain things fixed. He said oh as long as roof ain't caving in should be no issue. Present day went to get the loan and have a 2/3rd down payment and he's like oh I don't think we can do anything for you. Too many issues . Which all the issues was gonna be fixed. And there wasn't that many.. Point being he left us hanging last minute. Good thing I don't need this bank and never will again..

Very poor customer service. You talk to the customer care team and they tell you one thing and when you go to the branch office they say they don't do that there. Once again always being lied to about what the branches can do.

Since opening our account last year. Our accounts have been compromised 3xs. Failed systems exposure to customer with little to no knowledge from branches. Consumers beware!

One of the worst bank chains in WI. They will bleed you dry any chance they get. They aren't interested in issue resolution, they only care about taking/keeping your money.

They tell you one thing and do a different thing because of some bs . Policy . lesson learned never trust what they say to you over the phone.they held back or proprty taxes till the 28th of Jan . When they insure you to be paid in Dec. Always get it in writing. John S.
