I absolutely love how their employees service is. I have been going through AT&T for almost 4 years now and the employees in the marshfield location are amazing. I have worked with Dusty for the past 3 years and he has been so helpful. He is always trying to help and if he doesn't know he is asking for help and learing how do do something right on the spot. He is super kind and amazing at his job. I just upgraded my phone and he had everything done within 30 minutes or less. Not to mention the cell service is amazing.

I went to AT&T yesterday and was very satisfied with the associate that helped me . Dusty was very helpful and offered many helpful resources to help on my bill ! Would definitely recommend going there ! It’s hard to find employees that actually care about people

Diego was amazing. He took the time out of his busy day to explain all of our options, to show us how the phone worked, transfer our information with ease, and saved us money on our new phone. He is a rock star!

Diego and Olivia were amazing, so incredibly helpful and kind. Mom is 87 years old and worried she wouldn’t know how to use the new phone. They were very reassuring and showed her patiently what to do. Definitely 5 stars!

Diego was not at ALL helpful, just the opposite, very lazy-- I wanted a new sim card put in a phone with a new # he said this store NO LONGER will do that, I could go to WAUSAU or call 611 they can do it-
So I called 611 and spoke with Brandon, he was able to get this done- He said the store in Marshfield WI sure could have done this- I also called the WAUSAU store he to said the store in Marshfield can do this-, I called Diego to tell him he certainly could have given me a new sim card, he didn't say much and hung up on me- called a day later to talk with his manager he told me take this stores number off my list- meaning don't call him anymore about the issue he failed to do- Terrible n his part--

Had to change my provider due to over charges and met with a very friendly Jay who was very helpful last week. I came in today to finish my order only to find she wasn't working. No one even acknowledged me, and I felt like my business wasn't welcomed.

We were at the store today when a customer came in and needed help. The worker I was with had pointed to the other employee working and said to wake her up (her name started with a J). As anyone would be she was shocked and said “really? Like tap her on the shoulder?!” The other employee helping me says “yes.” She proceeds to tap the employee who had her head down at her table spot and she then woke up to help her. I was just in absolute udder shock
