Went to purchase a new phone. Indicated that I did not want an installment plan and would purchase immediately. After paying for phone noticed on my statement that the phone was much more than I was quoted and the balance of the phone was put on an installment plan. Told could not return phone because of time constraints. Very deceitful practices and will not be recommending to anyone. Will be looking for a new phone carrier.

Great customer service from district mgr that happened to be there and trainee. Helped me get my phone trade in entered into the system and shipped where it needed to go. Nice store too.

We spent a lot of time trying to get connected with Firstnet but the employee didn't know what she was doing, and we sure as hell didn't either. Spent hundreds of dollars on new phones, promised Firstnet discounts since I am a hospice nurse and my husband is a county highway technician and walked away after 2 hours with nothing accomplished!

Customer Service Representative barely acknowledged me when I walked in. On top of that I sat down and waited patiently as she didn't even ask what I needed help with.I understand you're with a customer but I've been in CSR for years and simply saying " I'll be right with you ma'am."I simply only had one question and she literally lost a customer from being inexperienced with customer service.She literally acted like she didn't care about me being in there and from that I won't go back to that company.Please make sure to hire people that have good customer service skills.I'm only saying thisbecause I own a company and know what is very important in running a . Small or bigPoor experiencei will reporting this higher up and BBB.Please either close this store or correct this issue and hire experienced staff. Too many bad reviews about the SAME THING.. your staff

My wife went in to do an upgrade on a tablet. She asked for the newest iPad Air. They sold her an old model, and kept making excuses on returning it. On top of that it was not even activated, and that is what led us to looking at the back of the box. Not a good way to do business. I would rather drive 2 hours next time than be treated like this.

Sell you service and tell you phone will work as well as the previous carrier. Totally useless without our internet router. Then they offer you a 230.00 booster at your expense. What a laugher ATT is. Works best in Northern Wisconsin where porcupines outnumber people.
