I needed a 5 quart jug of motorcraft for my oil change, and the shelf was empty. Donovan looked in back for one there weren't any. He then looked on his computer to check quantity and it said they had some. He didn't stop there he started looking around for them, actually found that somebody put the wrong oil in front of them. And they were way down on the bottom shelf he had to get down on his knees to find them. Really appreciated his customer service, as you don't find this kind of service much anymore. ?”
