I recently went through a rough time with a compromise to my personal data. I met with Mandy Sondelski and Jake Nyen at the Marshfield branch. Both were very kind and compassionate when helping me with my situation. Mandy went above and beyond staying connected with me and keeping track of my accounts to make sure everything was okay. She still is talking with me and reassuring me that things will be okay. It was an embarrassing thing that I went through and Mandy was so kind and caring and helped me through things both financially and personally. These two individuals are an asset to your banking family. I feel as though I have a new friend in Mandy. Keep up the great work and BMO will be my financial institution for a long time.

Unfortunately I may be switching banks after my experience today with the teller. She was quite rude and not helpful. I waited a very long time and there were no other cars even in the drive up.

Ran to the bank to have some business, then I remembered I have some coins to change to paper money, surprisingly they don’t have a coin counter machine. You are a BANK, my bank. If you want to have some business / investment with me, please make me confident that you are , at least, equipped with basic bank services. Thanks

Everyone is so nice and helpful! And they truly care about me making the right financial decisions, whereas other banks I've dealt with that just let you rack up a bill, just to get more money from you
