Erin was amazing! I have changed up my look in years, and she took me from frumpy to fabulous! She did a cut and color, and even taught me how to style it quick and easy. I will absolutely be back!
Also-- it looks incredible inside. Very chic.

I did not receive even close to the color I asked for! I had a picture I that I showed her and at first I was told no to the first color so picked a different one and it still isn’t even what I asked for. Not to mention when I got my eyebrows colored she just slapped it on using the same brush as my hair and go it all over my skin!

My sister brought in extensions to have her hair matched and the lady Erin Made her hair red when it was supposed to be brown. My sister called her back to have it fix and she said no. So my sister asked for a refund because it wasn’t what she wanted at all and Erin(The supposed stylist) Said she wasted her time and her products. She is a horrible stylist and should not be doing hair if she can’t match a simple color.

LOOK AT PICTURE TO SEE WHAT SHE SAID THEN READ THIS TO SEE HOW SHE WENT AGAINST HER WORD! (The blocked out part was me asking about a different color that I did not get because she said she couldn’t do that color, so I got one she said she could do. She in fact couldn’t do it)!!!
I have never been so upset with a stylist! It was talked about that I would get extensions and they she would color match my hair to them. My extensions had brown and light blonde highlights and that was it. I left the salon with brown, my natural Carmel blonde, and RED in my hair! I thought it looked good and was so excited to put my extensions in but once they were in I couldn’t stop crying because they didn’t match one bit and no matter how much we tried to blend them it didn’t change a thing! When I asked for a refund or to have it fixed I was told that I “paid for her time and her product” and she also claims she told me it would take several sessions to get it to the correct color match… SHE DID NOT TELL ME THAT! I also asked to have my eyebrows colored and shaped, one is smaller than the other and one is also darker than the other!!!! Not to mention when she was done washing my hair she brushed from the top down and made a huge tangled up mess, then proceeded to start ripping through it. When she was done she had like a hand full of my NATURAL HAIR in her hand, and she asked “does your hair normally fall out when you wash it?” Ps: no my hair doesn’t fall out that much because I don’t brush from the top down. She also had my face covered in hair dye, not just around my hair, on my cheeks, my chin, and my hands! I also have very thin hair already so most places I go to don’t charge me anywhere near to what she charged me! Please think twice before going here if you want your eyebrows done or want a color match! ERIN goes against her word and claims she said stuff in person when she didn’t (my sister was there and said she never heard her say I needed to have more coloring sessions), and will refuse to fix it for free or even for a discount (even though it is her mistake) and will not give a refund back at all!

Being new to the area I was a little nervous going to get my hair done but saw great reviews online for Hollie. She did not disappoint. Hollie was very attentive and listened to what I was looking to achieve in my hair color and style. As a new client I booked online and she spent the time needed to make my hair look healthy and great again. I walked out with more confidence than I did when I first walked in... Thank you Hollie.

Hollie applied my makeup & styled my hair for my wedding reception. She did an amazing job! She's very personable & friendly. Asked for my input. Just incredible. I appreciated so much that she was able to get me in for an appt on short notice.

I’ve been debating on leaving this review for over a year now and unfortunately I’m still upset.
I went in for a something simple, highlights and a trim. Nothing extravagant. I’m already blonde so it was a pretty simple process. However, it’s been over a year and my hair is still horrible. The color? Beautiful! But after getting a second opinion, the stylist over processed my hair and to this day it’s takes me three times as long just to brush through it. It’s always snarly. I have horrible breakage now. I’ve had highlights in the past (5 years prior) and didn’t seem to have this issue and hadn’t done anything to it in those 5 years. I don’t use heat on my hair really ever, so I know it’s not that either.
Even after she was done washing, she brushed through my hair with little to no care. Hacked through it basically and it hurt like no other. You could literally hear my hair breaking. And after getting bleach, I expected a little more care.
Not to mention while my hair was processing, she was doing her own hair and makeup and getting pretty detailed with her personal life. I’m happy she felt comfortable around me, however I feel like that led to my hair getting a little too damaged in the process and to this day, it sucks.
The salon is beautiful and I’m sure all the stylists are wonderful, but I won’t ever be returning and I hope this is taken into consideration for future clients.

I came to Hollie after getting an uneven haircut from a chain salon, and she was amazing. She knew exactly how to fix it and gave me a great haircut with curtain bangs. Definitely booking with her again for all future haircuts!
