Went to return items, instead got charged for them because worker didn’t know what was doing. That’s understandable, we all make mistakes sometimes, always a learning ur e. Unfortunately the (I assume)manager, Dawn, who then came over to assist was frustrated with the employees error, rolling her eyes, saying to employees. “why did you do this”, was impatient with employee, then took out in customer making return. Was initially only going to refund the error, and. It refund the return. Did eventually refund the return, but through it all was rude, disrespectful to the customer.

Very very rude people! The cashier was snobby! Then when she called for the guy there, he had a piss poor attitude! And when confronted about the rudeness I was yelled at and was told I was the rude one. The guy was told by the manager to walk away he walked around and then came up to me about 3 feet away and was yelling at me in front of my 3 children. I put my hand up to him and told him to leave me alone and again was still there yelling at me. When talking with the manager she also had a poor attitude and again I was the one that was told I was being rude.

I just called to see if they had a product in stock that I've bought before there and the manager John was extremely rude and hanged up on ugly customer service

It I a dollar tree plus so there are items there that are $1.25 and some are $5.00. There's a very wide selection and great finds at this store.

I was a manager for Dt. This was the dirtiest store I have ever seen. U boats all over can't get thru aisles. Broken boxes of merchandise spewed all over. Needs a shut down. Mayb new dm.

I ran in and got what I needed ( with help from 2 store staff) and checked out my order in less then 5 minutes. Pleasant staff...efficient as well.

The store is improving they stock while store is open and the staff seem always active. They are kind and greet shoppers a hello makes up for the stocking to me the cashier was nice could tell she was happy to help I forgot an item she got it for me! Thanked me wished me a good day. They seem to be improving and that makes a difference will shop again

I don’t know what’s going on there, but it’s a complete disaster inside! The aisles were littered with boxes (most of which still had product in them) and not like stacked well either, just piles all over the floor. There were a few sections that were absolutely bare of product and shelving while other areas were just stuffed. There didn’t seem to be any sort of organization or any employees trying to tidy anything up. The employees I did see were not professional in the least as I was right next to a few conversations I should not be hearing as a customer and definitely not as a mother…Also at one point I had to ask an employee to hand me a few items as I literally could not get down the aisle. There was an aura of complete disregard both for the customers and for the store itself, that was earlier today and I’m still a little overwhelmed.
