Bought a used car from their newly established dealership. Nice and clean car. I did find a problem but Tim stands behind what he sells and fixed it before I took the car. If I lived in the Marshfield area, he'd probably be my mechanic.

I brought my car in a little over a week ago and they did an excellent job. Got a very comprehensive report of everything that was wrong (and some things that I didn't even know about, or were even possible lol). Definitely taking my car to Forst again next time I it fixed. Thanks

English: Highly recommended! I recently moved to Marshfield and my car had trouble starting. I called to set up an appointment to have my car towed, Brandon answered the phone and quickly told me I could take it in and that even though they were busy they were going to help me. As soon as the car arrived Kyle did a detailed inspection and included photos. They contacted me to let me know what I had, ordered the parts and as soon as the parts arrived the car was ready. The customer service is above expectations, the staff is very friendly and they are in constant communication with the customer. After my repair they contacted me to see if everything was working well. I definitely recommend it 100%.

Service was friendly and knowledgable and they got me in when I needed it. They were very thorough and fixed what needed to be fixed and sent me a report with what needed fixing, what was good, and recommendations for future repairs and what i should keep an eye on. I like to keep my car running perfectly, so i found this very helpful! Thank you for the great service!

I have never experienced the level of customer service, quality maintenance, and repair that I have received since becoming a customer of Forst Auto about 3 years ago!! From the moment you make the call for an appointment all the way to the end of the contact their care and compassion shines through!! As a Marshfield transplant I originally sought out Forst based on word of mouth as well as the opportunity for a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired. Forst Auto and their employees go above and beyond to ensure their customers are well taken care of and satisfied!
