My first time at Great Clips, and my hairstylist was so kind. She made great conversation and did a fantastic jobs cutting my hair. The pricing for my haircut was amazing compared to other locations in the Marshfield area ($21 for women's cut). The environment is very welcoming and gets you hyped up for your next hair journey. Definitely will be coming back for more services!

1 star because of online check in. It’s not accurate. Either someone is loading up the queue on purpose or the system is garbage. Nonsense. Will not be going back. Stylists that cut hair generally do a great job but I’ve had it. Bad management if any.

Thea is an artist. Every haircut and hairstyle I've gotten from her has been perfect. The attention to detail, the wisdom and advice on hair care, and the small adjustments she makes for every situation. Marshfield is tremendously lucky to have her. The cuts I had that even come close to this were from private men's barbershops in big cities that charge at least triple the price. Have been and will be coming back regularly. Thank you Thea for the great cuts and the friendliness!

We booked online then about an hour later I checked on our wait time and it was gone. I called the store and they said due to short staff they were closing. No notice I drove 1/2 to be home in time for our appointment what a waste of time.

Biggest beef is getting in to get a cut. Try to book online but unable due to them closing within an hour. Stop in the store n wait time on the board says 40 min and the girl at the counter says they still can’t take u cuz they’re closing early. Only open till 5pm on weekdays n not open on Sundays.

I’m from out of town and was able to get in quickly not too long of a wait,. My hairstylist Chloe was efficient, friendly, enjoyable and I had a great hair cut too!

The hairstylist that did my hair and a young stylist were working fast & friendly! The blonde haired, sloppy looking, unfriendly boss did one customer then took a 30 minute break. Not a goodexample!This stylist should go!
