Great staff and convenient. Limited to service for Security Health Customers and Marshfield Clinic patients which I wish would change, but otherwise no complaints.

This establishment is incompetent from the beginning to the end. Physicians make mistakes in surgery they refuse to fix it, patient drives 2 hours to another clinic find out surgeon made a mistake. Waited 40 minutes for last physical. Family member had surgery covered under workmans comp and a month after the bill was paid they sent us to collections. To say the billing department is a joke is an understatement. I called 3 times before they found the payment, then it took them almost a month after that to get it straightened out. No common sense, their policies are not good. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work there. They ignore the letters you write asking about your bills and payment status. One person tells you your account is paid, even after you have been turned over to the collection agency. I believe they are required by law to answer your billing questions, they never responded. Then said they never received they letters, when we went to talk to them the CSR held one of the letters we gave them in her hand. If the service we received in billing is an indicator of the whole establishment we are going elsewhere, starting now, no matter how far the drive. I have seen other posts with similar complaints, so I decided to post this to support others.

Just took my mother into urgent care for respitory issues. I've never had such a good experience at a doctors office as I did today. Dr. Elizabeth Hathaway was kind, caring, and thorough. The nurses and techs were awesome as well. I've had varied experiences at the Marshfield clinic but this one was exceptional. And I truly appreciate how well they took care of my mom!!

My husband went in and had 4 or 5 non emergency stitches during normal clinic hours. He subsequently got a bill for over $800. This amount is outrageous. He subsequently politely asked in writing for an itemized bill twice, asked for an explanation to justify the costs/procedure, and asked for information on how to contact the board of directors and clinic director. The clinic did not provide any of the requested information. In writing they told my husband to just pay the bill they refuse to explain, or they would refer it to collections. They refuse to be accountable.

go somewhere else!!!!!!! even the emergency room would be cheaper!!!!! trust me, my son was brought there for a sore throat while at camp and the ofice visit without even doing a strep culture!!!!! scam place!!!!!!!
