on Sat 28 Jan, 2023 we had to call an ambulance to take our 28 year old son to the emergency room because his back went out. He has severe back pains at times. He could not move and had to be carried to the ambulance. Later he called and said that he was being discharged. When I hit to the ER I found out that the d only prescribed 800ml Ibuprotten and a muscle relaxer. That was it. My son would not stand walk or move he was in so much pain. He's been living and working in Sheboygan for over a year and lives in a Sober House and is going to a private Christian university to become a pastor and he has a 4.0 GPA. He's completely turned his life around. We weee trying to get him inside the car and he couldn't move. He was crying with pain and I was upset at the care or lack of that he was given and I voiced my comtemp for the doctor. The doctor came out and told me that their was nothing wrong with his back, yet my son was crying so bad that his nose was running. The doctor saw his tats and saw that he lives in a Sober House and assumed that he just wanted drugs. Any one with common sense souls tell that he was in excruciating pThe doc was rude, condensending and basically called my son a liar. He is a shame to all good doctors. The hospital should be ashamed that they employ him.

Horrible experience, 6 month wait for specialist got cancelled. Follow up cancelled. Urgent care was a 5 hour wait in a not too clean freezing cold room. c scan is the go to treatment for them, the Dr I saw was a fruit loop, I'm 75, was in pain and she said, ' let's check if you're pregnant ha ha, just kidding' so damn disrespectful! unbelievably nasty rude RN was the last straw, we left.

Horrible! Appointments being canceled all the time. Prescriptions not being filled within a reasonable time. Having to hunt down prescriptions. I was told I would get Test results from a bone marrow biopsy by the end of the Week, three weeks later I finally was able to get the results. This test was to determine whether I had a blood cancer. I could go on and on. Don't waste your time and money with Marshfield clinic Minocqua!

If I could give zero stars, that is what I would do. I cannot even figure out where to begin. Maybe it is where the neurology department blew off my daughter, and told her to continue playing sports when she had a raging concussion, and that she would just have to deal with the headaches for the rest of her life as there was nothing they could do. Keep in mind she had missed almost an entire quarter of school because the headaches were so debilitating. Dr. Koehn then continued to tell me "I don't know how to help her." We both walked out in tears. Or, perhaps it's the time that my father should've never been cleared for surgery due to his condition and ended up passing away from complications immediately after the surgery.

I have a Rheumatologist that consistently cancels appointments over and over again. By the time I saw her again it was over a year. In addition, she no longer comes to the clinic location I initially chose that was close to my home. When I request a transfer to another provider within the Marshfield Clinic, they would rather you leave the clinic all together then do a transfer of care. RIDICULOUS! Don't waste your time .

Marshfield Clinic was once a revered place to go. Now it is a dumpster fire of inaccurate billing and bad management. No doubt the doctors are just fine.

Had a terrible experience with this clinic in Weston, WI Endocrinology. I was being undermedicated for hypothyroidism. Became type 2 diabetic. Went in with severe untreated diabetic symptoms. i had an A1C of 15. Instead of putting me on insulin all they prescribed was Metformin. I suffered greatly for some time. Terrible experience! Dehydration and sleepless nights! Drinking gallons of waters every few hours. Permanently damaged vision. I would recommend going somewhere else for your treatment!

MMC doesn't even earn a ONE rating!! Wait time to be seen through URGENT CARE is ridiculous! Our wait time was well over 3 hours!! NOT ADVISED to be place of care!

When I first moved to the area, Marshfield Clinic was the premier place to go for healthcare. Sadly that is no longer the case. It has turned into a revolving door of residents that move on to other places once their residency is complete. The staff that has stayed on long term most likely couldn't get a better position elsewhere due to incompetence. Case in point - I recently had an appt with a pain management NP specialist that 1) did not actually listen to me, and 2) put erroneous information in my chart!! I have never had gastric bypass surgery, but this twit put that down in my file as the reason for being low on certain nutrients! This is bordering on malpractice!Marshfield Clinic has become an absolute JOKE for actual healthcare. I would give ZERO stars if I could!

Long line for pick up and the medication might not even be there. Some workers judge you for your medications you have to take.

It's Tuesday at 8:20 am and the lobby is still locked. The staff just look at you and go about their day. Signs say M-F Lobby open at 8am. ?

Marshfield Clinic will turn patients away if they can't pay the entire cost of treatment out of pocket up front at time of appointment, even if the patient has insurance with a copay. If you need X-rays and have an X-ray copay of $80, guess what: you have to pay the full $1200 that the x-rays cost and when the insurance pays the clinic, the clinic will "credit your account for future appointments." (Like you don't even get the money back to pay off whatever credit card you may have put the treatment on.) In addition, it has monopolized healthcare in the area so the next nearest clinic may be hours away. They don't care about your health and wellness; they care only about profits. Disgusting. As a child, I lived in Marshfield and adored the clinic. I moved away many years ago and this is what I hear from family and friends. I used to compare all other healthcare to the Marshfield Clinic because I loved it there so much as a pediatric patient. Now? They're despicable.
