Had to repeat myself 3x with each item I ordered at building desk, took 15 minutes for 4 items. Out to the yard to get my order, gate attendant tells me all items were in 1st aisle, they were in 4 different aisles. After loading up my concrete and paving blocks, I went to get the last part of my order and after a 20 min search by attendants, am told "well, we don't have any". I then had to unload, go back in the store and stand in line to cancel my order and be refunded. So, if you are looking to waste an hour and ruin your afternoon project, Menards is your place.

To be laughed at, because of no fault of mine, they would charge me to deliver the product the cashier didn't put in my cart after I spent $100+ but they expect me to drive back out there at a cost to me...incredible!!! Minus star rating. Customer does not come first!

Went in to purchase new countertops and sink for a kitchen remodel. Browsing down the sink aisle, a young lady named Sarah asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for a specific sink. She takes out her phone and asked me to show her what it looked like. I showed her and she says those need to be special ordered. We go to the ordering desk and she orders the sink I showed her, not verifying with me if that was the correct sink. Go to look at the receipt today and I noticed she ordered the wrong sink. I call Menards and Nick informs me that I should have called sooner and I will incur a restocking fee. Spoke with store manager Brian and he just hangs up on me. I have lots of home renovations to do (flooring, windows & bathroom remodel, not to mention the kitchen countertop and sink now and more), however, I plan to return everything I bought that day (over $1000.00) and go to home depot instead. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to be responsible for her mistake! Train your employees better! Done with this place!

Wonderful experience at the Marshfield, WI Menards today. Terry in building services was very kind and knowledgeable. Jayden helped load 100 cedar boards from the 2nd level. Mitch in the Yard outside also helped load the rest of our boards. These three individuals made the experience remarkable and would definitely chose Marshfield Menards again. My mom and I have never received help loading ANYTHING in the Plover Menards, and this was a breath of fresh air to have such nice employees today. They deserve this shoutout and satisfaction.
