Always knowledgeable, always helpful. At times you may wait. However the help and employee you wait for is well worth it. The great thing about Napa is they actually have knowledge in what they sell. It's very helpful for advice, when trying to tackle a new endeavor in the repair gauntlet.

Went to get a hydraulic hose made up. Very unprofessional. Sat there for at least 45 minutes and they were still making the hose. I asked if they are going to be much longer and they said it will be a little while because they were really busy. ( I was the only customer there.) They finally got the 8' hose made and told me the total was $906.00. I.called John deere and they were $422 for the same hose. I told them that they would have to at least match John deere or I would go there and they said have a safe drive. I ended up going to hoover hydraulic in Custer and got that same hose for$318.00. Never going back.

I went in to get a part. Said hello to the woman at the counter and laid down my piece of paper with part number on it. Then the phone rang. Rather than put them on hold she began a long chatty conversation. I slowly browsed through their flyer on their desk. Finished that, she's still on the phone. Waited, waited, waited. She's finally done. "Oh we don't carry that part but I can charge you extra to get it." Why would I pay extra when I can go to another NAPA or order on line for free. I won't go back there.

Awful customer service, they made it feel like an inconvenience when I talked to them. Go to O'Reillys where they treat you with respect.
