I love this color and the magnetic effect. I haven't gotten gel nails in a very long time and Jay did a great job. He also put only one layer because I didn't want thick gel nails.

Cleanliness: The area area I sat next to the pedicure chairs was very untidy and my particular table still had dip powder on the table when I sat down. It was never cleaned off and honestly, for 66.00, I think a smile and clean area is not too much to ask when getting a one color dip. Will not be returning. Wondering when the salon was inspected HD last.
Stylist: Customer service was lacking all around but my nail tech looked and acted like he would rather be anywhere but doing my nails. Everyone was dressed in a sloppy manner and looked like they had just rolled out of bed at 4 in the afternoon.

Horrible service. Made my cuticles bleed from the drill for one. Also agreed to an ombre design that clearly she didn’t know how to do. Tried to get it “fixed” by someone else and he botched them just as bad. Finally agreed on a simple pink dip color. Nails were uneven, bumpy, and odd lengths. When I expressed multiple times that I was not satisfied, I was met with extremely rude comments and told I was “too picky” and “I will never find a place better than them in Marshfield.” Will never waste my money or time at this place again.

Wonderful people. Really friendly and easy to talk to. Worked great with my budget. Gave good advice on different options to help me choose from different options. Definitely will be back again.

I had such a good experience here! They did exactly what I wanted and even made polite and funny conversation. It didn't even take that long either and my nails turned out great. I'm definitely going back and would recomend to other people

Good Morning everyone I search for the best nails shop in Marshfield WI Im in Wisconsin for travel assignment after Google some of them I found 3 and they review was horrible so I just drove around looking for the best shop and I find it....Fresh nails and spa come though. My nail tech was Jay and he did a amazing job on my nails with the design and very professional I would give it 10 out of 10. It was clean and I will definitely be back

I feel bad giving a one-star rating, but I’ve gone to Fresh Nails & Spa multiple times and unfortunately have never been happy with the results. This most recent time was definitely the worst. I had an appointment but wasn’t seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I figured it wasn’t their fault; it was likely due to other clients. When I was finally seen, my nail tech was not friendly at all and seemed annoyed and frustrated with me. I left the salon with my nail color all over my fingers that stayed on for a few days, lasting longer than my manicure itself. Just over a week later, every single one of my nails is chipped. I received a dip manicure in hopes that it would last a few weeks (as dip manicures usually do for me). Overall, I am disappointed in the quality of the services I’ve received from Fresh Nails & Spa.

Had an old set took off and new put on. "Young" man that did me said he was the owner? He was very cocky and arrogant and did a horrible job. When I left it looked like I already needed a fill! Went in 2 days(cause of work) later to get it corrected he literally YELLED and Argued with me about correcting it!
He than spoke to an older lady who did repolish me. I will Never go back there. Than of course they were talking about me in their language RUDE!
