I brought a friend here for a girls day out. She got all the steps in a pedicure, but I didn't. They skipped the base coat and top coat. We paid the same amount.

I would leave zero stars if I could.
I wanted my nails done before my vacation and called one evening about an hour before closing time. No answer the first time. Upon reaching somebody on my second try the person sounded very annoyed, as though I were bothering them.
I requested an appointment the next day and they said they had an opening. At least that’s what I think they said. Very rude and curt. I set up an appointment or tried but the person kept cutting me off. I had to ask them if they wanted my name and phone number for the appointment. Again the person sounded as though I are bothering them I got cut off before I could say thanks, see you tomorrow.
Something felt off so I read their other reviews and decided to go to a place down by nuts deep
Would not recommend. I’d do my nails myself before going here.
Stylist: Rude on phone. Do not recommend.

I've gone to Lee for 18 years and has my service been perfect every visit, no. If I have had a problem and brought to Lee she has immediately fix the situation and that's why I go back. I've tried other places in the area and they don't compare to Lee's service.

I've been going to this place for years, and it has seriously gone down hill. The staff are now very rude, disrespectful, unkind, and unprofessional. My last 3 visits have been rushed, I have bled, and I have been talked down to because of the style and color I wanted as well as the type of service I requested verse what I got. I would not recommend this establishment for groups due to low staff and they are not accommodating to certain people. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

My nails always last incredibly long without chipping or breaking which often isn’t the case with other nail salons. They have a great selection of colors and are fairly priced!

I’ve been to Queen Nails many times for pedicures, manicures and acrylic nails. I’ve never had a bad experience and they always do a fabulous job on my nails.

Pedicures I have gotten (last 3 times) were very rushed and they didn’t even ask what packaged I wanted, either time.
Recently got my nails done, Lee (owner) was the one to do it. She wasn’t pleasant at all, was actually quite rude and even rolled her eyes at me when I asked for my nails to be shorter when she was cutting them down.
I went there for years when I was in high school so to have this service was very disappointing.

I do not recommend going here I get my nails done every few months and my sister and I wanted to stop here because we didn’t have time to go somewhere else the woman was rough on my nails to the point it hurt. They badly messes up my sisters nail and we showed them the picture of the nails we wanted and argued for 2 minutes with this woman about what we wanted for referrals the first photo is what i wanted and the second is what I got. We got so frustrated that we just let her do whatever she pleased than her and her co worker proceeded to talk bad about us while doing our nails. Keep in note I did want the shape “coffin” and she gave me more of a square. My mom called her and than this woman who did our nails called my sister and I liars and that she can’t work with longs nails that it’s to hard for her. Do not waste your money here we spent $138
