Today I had an appointment with the quick lube for oil change and tire rotation. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes from my appointment time until I got my truck back. I was given various excuses from 2 different employees. The first employee told me it was due to being short staffed and overbooked the second employee stated it was due to a delivery truck that was in the way and they had to wait until he left. The first then came back and stated it was due to the delivery truck issue, if they are going to make up excuses they should at least be on the same page. I probably wouldn't be this upset except for the fact that this is the second time in a row that a quick lube took more than 1 hour. Maybe they should change the name to 1 hour plus lube. Needless to say I will find some where else to go from now on and if I ever buy a new car I will shop else where.

Not the best as they will only do diagnostic on Ram on Thursdays??????? What???? Trucks do not only break down on Thursdays, so no they will not be getting any more business from me.I travel for a living and am not able to wait to get a truck fixed.

I came in looking for a new car because I ran over a deer and a few other objects in the road. This caused my muffler to fall off. On top of this, the drivers side door would not open from the inside so I had to roll the window down and open the door from the outside. John was my salesman. He was wonderful. He never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. I went home with a gorgeous Ford Fusion. I would recommend him to anyone. The dealership itself and it’s location is absolutely beautiful. There’s a pretty pond and I love everything about it.

Our car’s battery died on a Saturday when my husband was going out of town with our other vehicle. Jerry, in the service department, went out of his way to make sure I had my vehicle back with a new battery. His customer service was exceptional! Thank you again, Jerry!

Took my Ram 1500 to have my CV joint replaced and an oil change. Lindsey and Russ were great to work with! The price was much lower than their competition and you can be reassured that the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. They did a great job. I've done business with them for quite a few years now and I'm a happy customer.

On Tuesday took vehicle in to get a leaky tire fixed. Later that day learned tire was not repairable. Recommendation was to replace all 4 tires, it was time. Ordered them Wednesday morning, tech gave up lunch to put them on and we picked car up that afternoon. Outstanding service, from the Quick Lane person, and service tech. Great follow-up and customer service. Thank you V&H Automotive. Strongly recommend!!!

I had a great experience. Lindsey in quicklane was great and treated me with respect. They found and fixed an issue I was unaware of to make my car safe for my upcoming trip. The children's room was great and clean for my son. Exceptional service 10/10! Will be returning for future service!

My alternator went out on a Thursday night and they not only got it in and fixed it the next day, they have a free shuttle to take you where you need to go - work, home, and they pick you up when the vehicle is ready. They were also next to the cheapest in town. Friendly staff will text you when the car is done. I was very happy with the friendly, fast, service I received.

I stopped to get my oil changed and tires rotated and was told NO, we can't do that without an appointment. I thought this was supposed to be a quick lane! Turns out I should have bought my 40 thousand dollar vehicle elsewhere, where they can actually provide service like they advertise. The “convenience” factor they promote is false. I have had bad customer service each oil change even with an appointment and was left stranded waiting for a shuttle for over a half hour at my last appointment.

They say on website no appointment needed.And they open at 6. I go in at 6 to get oil change and they dont start till 7 and appointment only. Now I call to make an appointment to get a oil change and its drop off only!! . How is this quick oil change? Very disappointed makes me want to go buy my next care somewhere else

Wasn't impressed with my last oil change there. Price went up $10, no service reminder for the next oil change. Took plenty long. All I got was excuses. They are rated a point less than Schirel. Now that's saying something!
