We had received a dirty letter stating our rent was due and our rent was due for 2 weeks. You can smell urine from the men’s bathroom. They did a horrible makeshift seal where the old toilet sat causing sewer gasses the leak out(unsanitary). We also received a email about our bill when the on site manager was on vacation and our rent is and was paid in full monthly.
