For the most part, service was good. There were some undesirable employee interactions on our last visit but things settled down and we took care of business.

This marshfield store is the absolute worse service I ever seen. Super rude associates. When we got our phones just recently I specifically asked what it would cost me to cancle before the 14 day window. He said just the activation fee. I asked again are you sure that's the only amount. He said yes.So 3 days later my phone came in and I went to get it activated and told them I would try it out for a few days. I told him we were having trouble with service with the other phones so we may bring them back. Then he comes out with the deal that it's gona cost us a 70.00 restocking charge per phone. THATS 280.00. I did not take that lightly. I kept questioning him why I was told differently. He then said do you want your phone activated or not. I told him not if I have to pay 70.00 if I bring that back. He told me to get the heck out of the store cause I was wasting his time. I said that is terrible customer service.,so he went and called the cops. I got a disorderly conduct charge and was told if I ever came back in the store I would be arrested. I did absolutely nothing out of line. He also did the same with my sister when she was having issues. Banned her from the store. Biggest Jerks I ever seen in my life. DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE PERIOD.

The sales man straight up lied to me. He said my watch was free because of holiday promotions and starting a new line, and Apple TV comes with my new line. The watch showed up on my bill. He also told me my trade in would get me $800 and then right before making the deal told me it wasn’t acceptable. I went in to lower my $140 Verizon bill and now I’m paying $200 a month. I’m pissed.

T-Mobile service in this area is prone to outages (long-term issue over 18 months) and dangerously unreliable for use on safety phones. The T-Mobile employees are fine and readily admit there are issues, but there isn't much they can do to resolve the problems.

Horrible service!!! Phone can’t charge anymore so I wanted to upgrade as Walmart sells T-Mobile phones/plans $200-300 cheaper than the main chain stores. So I asked the T-Mobile store and corporate to dummy down my plan so I can upgrade my phone and they straight up refused to assist me even though I’ve been with the company for years. Horrible service!!! Disgusted! Lazy incompetent workers. Shame on you!!!

Unhelpful. Rude. Dishonest. Don’t go with T-Mobile. Definitely don’t go here. Some of the worst interactions I’ve ever had, in my life. They’re trying to get a commission, not help people. Very unhappy to be stuck with them in a two-year contract.

ignore the bad reviews (above)!- the service we received from Cody, Daniel, Melissa and AJ was superb!!! We were just in to ask a few questions, re, our plan/new phone and must have spent a couple of hours getting taught sooo much new stuff about the devices (we are digitally illiterate seniors)!! The crew had seemingly endless patience with us. The poor service complaints (see previous reviewers) are not their fault (blame corporate). The new phone we got was thanks to the Marshfield crew's advice, plus we also got a Galaxy Watch4 that were all part of a great plan. I am thinking we may be back for more lessons, so Cody et al- you are not done with these Oldies yet ;)

Their service is literally the worst service I've ever had. When I have 5 bars of 5g I can't even load facebook. They conned me into jumping from cellcom claiming their service was 5x as fast. And I'll admit, in the store it was super fast but as soon as I got out in the real world, 5g gives no reception. Maybe they should've taken more time to develop better signal rather than have bragging rights to be the first provider with 5g.

Worst store in marshfield. Employees have no interest or knowledge in helping customers. Try to get you out of the store as fast as they can without helping you. Just a body behind the counter collecting a paycheck

Most of employees are not trained on Sprint plans. They give you limited information or the wrong information. They do not seem well versed in delivering customer first customer service. They are quick to send you on your way with little help in resolving issues. Thus, requiring a customer to have spend 1+ hrs on the phone calling Sprint directly to get assistance.

Worst experience ever!
First off, all 4 people working, took turns, to help my family try and switch plans to T-mobile. It made it seem from the start that we were not important, and that the employees could care less if they actually helped us. This was the most unprofessional place I have been to in a long time.
We were flip flopped between representatives, told plans were available, then not available, told phones were available, and then not available.... This was a collection of reasons that told me that I needed to tell my family we were NOT going to change their plans to Tmobile. The final nail in the coffin for me, was the fact that the person helping us, was on the phone the whole time, and we seemed to not be important at all, and actually, just second rate guests.
To be on the phone, while trying to help us? Really?!?
The last this that just pissed me off, is that I found out this store, was not even an actual T-mobile store, it was an "authorized retailer", that had four workers at it, that seemed to have NO clue what they were doing.
I have had T-mobile to Sprint, to now T-mobile again, for the better part of 16 years, and I have never had such a poor experience with this company!
On top of all of this, we left, just to find they made 2 of the 3 phones we came in with, inoperable. It took another 48 minutes on the phone with Sprint, to get these two phones operationable again. This store is laden with unprofessional, untrained, and inexperienced employees, and I will make sure my friends, family, qnd others I talk to, stay far away from this location.
This "Authorized Retailer" is an absolute detriment, and major risk, to T-mobile's reputation!
