Sitting in treestand as I type this. Have always had good signal. This year, lucky to have one bar, mostly no service. Been in same spot for 10 years. Wth?!?! UPDATE They did reach out to me. Signal still sucks. Keep saying it's the phone itself is the reason. So when you admit this model is junk, you don't offer to replace to keep 2 customers satisfied? For what we paid for the phones, totally unacceptable. Going to Packer opener. That will confirm the junk as I'm sure everyone in vehicle will have better service heading over on 29. I'll be getting what they got going forward.

Dropped down to 2 bar. Called and she said I need a new phone, because of software problems! A BIG FAT LIE! Now I have a phone and one bar! Cost to take this one back is $35 a stupid stocking fee!

Well I have been a customer of UScellular since I had my first cell phone over 20 years and didn't have to many issues I upgraded phones about a year ago now all I have is problems with reception everywhere. I live in Wisconsin and if I have cell service I'm shocked most of the time I don't have any service what so ever (my as well not have a phone if you cant use most ot the time) and now that I have to pay off phone before I change companys I have to put up with it till it's paid off and when I asked about paying phone off was told that I loose the deal that I got on phone and would have to pay full price I have friends that have Verizon and AT&T that have better reception everywhere if I had a choice I would not go with USCELLULAR for phone service

Poor coverage in Marshfield, Strafford, and throughout the Marathon county in Wisconsin. Dropped calls more than 7x's a week. Buyers beware!

Love the phone and the cell service is great. However, getting someone to call you back about an issue is impossible. I have called SEVERAL times and always get the I will check into it and call you back answer. After patiently waiting for 3 hours to get the phone in the first place now the rep won't call back. I has been 2 and a half weeks and still nothing.

Our rep (Lisa) was patient, listened to our situation and worked to help us find the right solution. Was knowledgeable, wasn't pushy. Didn't assume anything and made sure she had the right answers. Will be back for sure

Fairly fast and straightforward process when switching phones/upgrading devices, although the customer service aspect could definitely improve in more than a few ways.
